I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at flora,the staff are so friendly and helpful specially the beautiful lady at the reception miss komal the way she is attentive and taking care of every need. The rooms were good clean and sanitized. Overall a wonderful and memorable stay. Would definitely come back.

Check in desk staff were so negative, no smile no welcome, tone of voice was rude, she didnt take time to explain any facility neither enjoying us a good stay felt I have to beg to get the room that I paid for. I asked for bath tube and ended up having shower, unable to contact reception because no one is answering. I used the hotel few times when it opened and the service was way better than now. Unfortunately Cleaning is very good.
