Location of this hotel is excellent... it is opposite to mashreq metro station and very close to mall of the emirates and the bus station but with poor view... staff was very friendly and they respond quickly... although the hotel occupancy was high but they checked me as early as possible... if you like the lebanon cuisine you will enjoy the breakfast there.

We really enjoyed our one week stay at Rose Park Hotel, the personnel was very friendly and supportive. We arrived late at 11 PM and they offered us a dinner even if the restaurant was closed. Everything we asked for, they provided us or tried to provide. The room was clean, Mustafa was in charge with our room cleaning and he was very friendly and professional. The hotel is right in front of the metro station, there is a supermarket beside the hotel, a pharmacy. I strongly recommend this hotel, we enjoyed staying there.

This is my first ever review on tripadvisor even though I always use this website to choose my hotels for all the trips we do. This time I wanted to give something back, so hope my review will help others also. For our first time in Dubai, we chose Rose park hotel as we didn't want to pay much for our stay. For a one week trip, we spend almost all our time outside, so this proofed to be a good idea. The room we've got was big - one sitting area, two toilets -one with a shower and one with a bathtub, one sleeping room with a kingsize bed. When booking the room, we entered our kids ages and said clearly we were with 4 in total. Though upon arrival we noticed there was only one bed and the couches could not be transferred to beds. I called reception and they said we had to pay extra for the beds. In the end they gave one complimentary bed for our two kids. This was no big problem since they like sleeping together, but still it's weird that you don't take into account the number of guests during the booking. The above was actually the only problem that we had during the whole stay. Let me tell a little bit on the positives and the downsides. Positive: - Hotel located right across metro station. Very easy to use. Keep in mind though that there are only 2 lines in Dubai, so metro doesn't take you everywhere. It can also be very crowded in the morning and evening, so sometimes not that comfortable. - Hotel is located in between the two most visited parts of dubai. it's around 40AED with taxi to reach Burj Khalifa and a bit less to reach the Palm & Marina. For us this was a great spot therefore. - There's a tour operator located in the hotel and you can get information there for safari or Abu Dhabi tours. You can also book a PCR test, for which they come to your room to take the test. Very easy. - There's a supermarket next door, so very easy to buy water or anything else that you might need. - Hotel has a nice swimming pool on the roof where you have sun-beds. it's pretty good to tan a bit and relax right under the sun. - Hotel apparently also offers a shuttle to JBR. We didn't make use of this cause the hours didn't fit our schedule. I'm therefore not sure if this is worthwhile or not Downsides: - Breakfast was not good. They serve dinner food at breakfast time: like pasta, chicken, etc. Instead it would have been better to give croissants or different choices of bread or salads. There were also no choices of cheese and jam to put on your bread. The only good thing was that you could have your omelet made. For our kids it was difficult to eat well during breakfast time. - Hotel room had very bad noice isolation. It felt at all time as if a window was open. Hotel is located on an important road, so a lot of traffic at all time. - Cleaning could have been better. The tv, the desk where it was located etc never saw a sponge. Also weird is that you have to press a button to state you want cleaning that day. This wasn't explained well to us, so the first day we had no cleaning and didn't know why. All in all, I found it a good stay since quality was in line with what we paid for it. Everything you do in Dubai is so expensive (200Euro minimum for an aquapark with 2 kids, around 150Euro at least for building visits, view visits, aquarium visits, etc), therefore for us it worked well to save something on the hotel bill at least.

Great location, for seeing the sights of Dubai. The hotel is right next to the metro station (Mashreq). And also is close by to Mall of the Emirates, where you can catch buses to the more remote parts of the city. The hotel was of a good standard, has a nice gym and spa, and a decent rooftop pool (though be warned the hotel is right on the Sheik Zayed road, so can be noisy). Most important for me is the staff team. Rose Park have some truly wonderful members on their team, and on reception I received excellent service especially from Aaron, but also am grateful to the input received from Gelina, Oleti, Muzafar, and illyas. Housekeeping, very professional and diligent, and my thanks go to Abdul Raheem, Bayzid and Sadiq. I guess all hotels now are looking to be greener, but was lovely to know that should I not need my bed linen and towels to be replaced that I merely had to leave a card on the bed/towels on hooks and the team would just come in and spruce the room up.

We asked for a quiet room...and we got a room facing the metro and highway. Nobody cared at the reception. Later, we tried to take a bath but the water flowing was...yellow !! (see picture) Here again, the staff did not care : "it happens". Finally, after all these problems, the reception offered us to benefit from a 2hours time in a room the day of our check out so that we could relax and refresh before getting our flight back .Surprise : after our day at the Expo, we went back and the reception guy was not here anymore, and nobody wanted to give us this service. Horrible hotel, horrible customer service !
