The cleaning of our room was excellent. Fresh water was brought daily and the beds were made perfectly. In addition to this, the bathroom was also cleaned directly every day without us having to say anything. We felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is an excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had a Deluxe Room on the 7th floor, which was large, with a spacious bathroom with separate toilet and shower as well as a free-standing bath. Unfortunately our room overlooked a building site right next door, so there was some noise in the mornings, but the hotel is well sound-proofed and in the end this wasn't a problem. We tried two of the onsite restaurants, the Italian and the Greek, both of which were very good. The hotel buffet option is also excellent. A major drawback for us, however, was the loud music being played in the pool area. This was moderate in the mornings but excessive in the afternoons and early evening. Our friend bought headphones to drown it out, but the decibels were such that he could still hear the heavy, disco beat. If you're looking for a quiet break, or want to actually hear the sea lapping onto the beach, then this is not the hotel for you. Most of the guests were considerably younger than we are (we're over sixty). The staff did try to accommodate us by reserving loungers as far away as possible from the pool, but there wasn't much they could do. The hotel describes itself as an 'urban lifestyle' hotel, but doesn't explain this means loud music! As said, however, the staff were excellent, including Yury at reception. …

My family and I recently revisited Rixos for our 5 year anniversary. We have 2 children a 4 year old and a newborn, to sum up our trip it was nothing short of phenomenal! This is all thanks to Mr Daniyar and Salman. We have stayed at Rixos 4 times prior to this trip and every time the stays have been fanstastic. Apart from our last trip, there was a different management team at that time and we had such a nightmare with them it was unreal. We had okay neighbours, leaking shower and ac not working correctly which after numerous complaints was simply ignored, it was so bad that we were adamant never to come to Rixos again. My husband Rajeev, got in contact with Salman from the guest relations team and explained what happened on our last visit a few years ago. Mr Daniyar and Salman not only were very apologetic but also listened to our every complaint, they understood we had lost complete faith in the Rixos brand but there were insistent for us to give them a chance to rectify this for us and that they did with flying colours! We were treated like royalty for our entire trip, looked after by every member of staff from every different department/area of the hotel. We were collected from the airport, given welcome fruit hampers, given a temporary room to rest until our room was ready… the list goes on! I cannot stress enough how well we were looked after and how every single one of our needs was treated with priority - the word ‘no’ was non existent! We had the most amazing time on this trip and that’s honestly down to the team at Rixos especially Salman & Mr Daniyar. Our faith in Rixos is fully restored and we will happily stay with them on our future visits to Dubai. The hotel is clean, modern and features every amenity you could ask for, no question or request is ever denied, the food amazing, the vibe is classy, the rooms are big, clean and room service ensure every inch is cleaned to perfection.. honestly I could go on for days about this hotel and the team.. If you are considering this hotel.. don’t waste your time, JUST BOOK IT! Take this review as a genuine family who were left completely sour with their experience of this place and vowed never to come back however the staff went out of their way to regain our trust and restore our faith in Rixos as we knew it!
