We had the most amazing holiday at the One & Only Royal Mirage Arabian Court. We stayed at the hotel about 6 years ago without children but this was our first time in Dubai with children. We could not believe how well looked after we were and how nothing seemed too much trouble. We had interconnecting rooms and had more than enough space. We spent lots of time at the swimming pool and had the most wonderful time. The sun cream that was brought round was ice cold and heavenly on a hot day, the cucumber for our eyes was a real treat and we even had our sunglasses cleaned. Wow! We were looked after by the kindest and most amazing host, Soumya. He instantly understood what we were looking for as a family for this holiday. He helped us on so many occasions. He booked restaurant tables, advised us on trips out and booked taxis for us. We felt truly honoured for him to look after us and our girls. We mainly ate at the Rotisserie restaurant as our girls loved it there. The staff were all so friendly, there are so many that went above and beyond and sadly we didn't manage to catch everyones names but we do remember that Amil served us beautifully on numerous occasions. The personal touches and the fact that our needs were remembered without us even asking after a couple of visits was amazing and helped us relax even more. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the most amazing holiday. We hope that we can come back as soon as possible. We miss Dubai and especially the Arabian Court.…

A two week stay in February 2023 was an absolute delight. A disappointing experience (very poor service) at Tresind restaurant one evening failed to detract from the overall impression of the resort where otherwise service was impeccable. This was particularly true of the Gold Club staff who were unfailingly attentive with a top notch level of warmth and friendly service. The Gold Club premium in our view was well worth the additional cost. All of the facilities were well maintained, from the Adult-only pool to the beautifully manicured grounds and other public areas. The choice of in-resort restaurants should satisfy most guests' needs but the resort's proximity to Dubai Marina (10 minutes by tram or 5 minutes by cab) with its plethora of dining and shopping outlets adds another dimension. Additionally, the Palm Gateway is adjacent to the One&Only, so the Palm monorail, and at its far end (15 min ride), the Atlantis resort and Aquaventure water park are also within easy reach. The private beach was attractive with well spaced loungers/umbrellas and an interesting overview of distant megayachts in the Dubai Harbour marina and views of the Palm and the Ain (Dubai's big wheel). Would unhesitatingly return to this hotel next time we're in Dubai.…

This was our third visit to the Arabian Court and we love it a little more each time! The hotel is stunning and the grounds are beautiful! Eauzone is by far the best restaurant and the chef is super helpful! All of the staff are incredible too. But there are a few that always go beyond and ensure our stay is extra special. They are the heart of the hotel and keep us coming back! Just to make a few - Sunil is fantastic and always makes sure our stay is extra special. Then Soumya is incredible! His desire to help and attention to detail is what sets him apart from everyone else - even messaging me on his day off to let us know the transport running a little late due ti bad weather! Definitely recommend!

Our stay at the Arabian Court was fantastic and we look forward to returning again soon. The hotel and its sister hotel properties alongside it, provide a great resource for a Couples or family holiday, the grounds are maintained to a fantastic and instagram worthy standard and all of the staff we interacted with were helpful, friendly and really keen to help. We had the chance to eat at a number of the restaurants and both the buffet style evening options and the specialist restaurants were really good, particularly shout out to Tressind where we ate twice and it was really good on both occasions, make sure to have a dish that is cooked by the table as this is great food theatre and also please try the rose petal cocktail, it is truly cocktail art!! The only “average” meal that we had was at the Beach Bar and Grill and think this may just have been an off night as the open kitchen looked like it was creating some great grill dishes. The Gym and Spa at the Residence was really well equipped and the staff on sight were really helpful, the range of machines and free weights enabled pretty much any workout you would want to do. The pool team at the Arabian Court were top level, no request was too small and the whole team made sure your stay at the pool was great. My wife suffered a small accident at the pool (entirely our own fault) and the team led by Akiel could not have been more caring and more helpful making sure the on-site medical team came to see her (albeit this was only needed to check no real damage) and then making sure when she visited the pool again that she was really taken care of, thank you Akiel for your care and attention it exemplified the standard of the team at the Arabian Court.…

This was our first time as a young family of 4 (a 4 and 7 year old) at the Arabian Court and it was an all round exceptional experience. It goes without saying that the facilities are amazing given the price point, however, it is the incredible staff and the service in general which sets the One and Only Arabian Court apart. Its individuals like Akhil at the pool side and Azeez at the concierge desk who make thus such a great place for families. We will definitely be back soon!

What can I say about this hotel and service. Honestly the best resort in Dubai. If your looking for a home away from home with excellent service this is the place. From the moment you drive in, the service is amazing. We were greeted and looked after superbly by Sanoop and as we had the club room our butler Soumya took over our care and was just great. Nothing was too much trouble and he took care of everything for us. First time we took our kids here and Soumya and the team looked after them and made them feel at home. We’ve visited a few times and it keeps getting better every time we visit. Already planning our trip next year. Thanks to all the team again :-)
