I came to Dubai for a 2 week stay and have had the most phenomenal experience!! the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The Housekeeping team were exceptionally friendly and my room was cleaned perfectly everytime. I would like to thank Amir from the housekeeping team for being so efficient in cleaning my room and making sure everything was done correctly. Thank you to the Royal Continental Hotel and there amazing staff for making this an experience not to be forgotten 🙏🏼🙏🏼

We were a couple in December 2020. Tickets and the hotel were purchased independently. We did not live for the first time. The overall impression is very good. The hotel is located in the central part of the city in Deira, close to the international airport. Accommodation is quick, staff actions are adequate. The hotel is old but well maintained. We lived in a room on the 4th floor. The room is good, equipped with everything you need, everything is in working order. LCD TV but needs updating. The food (BB) is not bad, but not varied enough. Rooms were cleaned and linen was changed every day, in good faith, with high quality. I would like to note the high quality of service, the kind and sensitive attitude towards guests and the high professionalism of all hotel staff. I would especially like to note the reception managers of Mahmood Hebishy and I don’t know the last name of the manager named Hamido), who solved all the problems that arose and provided every assistance during the entire stay at the hotel. Among the shortcomings, we can note a somewhat outdated interior, a small pool, the neighborhood of The leela Hotel, where parties with very loud music are held every evening from 23.00 to 02.00.…

We were having a great stay even if we didn't get a smoking room, since the hotel is comfortable and we plan to book again next week however we felt unsafe when a staff just entered our room while we were sleeping. He didn't even knock. He went inside the room and just stopped when he saw us on the bed. I don't know if this hotel have a standard procedure or it's normal for any staff to just enter without knocking. The room was even on DND. It is just unsafe to stay here.
