The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes drive from the airport, which lowers the cost of shuttle taxis. It is also a walking distance from City Centre Deira metro station, making it very convenient to move around town. The Deira City Mall is just across the road and you can walk to buy food or do some shopping. As with most IBIS hotels, the rooms are a bit small but location advantages override all that. When you travel to Dubai, you find that you spend most of your time outside the hotel, visiting the numerous attraction sites, so you just need a clean and well kept room to sleep, shower and prepare for your next adventure. This is now my favorite hotel and I will be back again and again.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Deira City Centre. The best part about this hotel is its location, right next to a metro station, so easy to travel everywhere in Dubai, there is a large shopping mall walking distance too.( Deira City Centre) Staff was nice and eager to help throughout the stay, basically we got 5 star service at a 3 star classified hotel. Lots of nice restaurants on site, that both Novotel( the adjoined hotel) and Ibis are sharing. We visited Vertigo Bar and had lunch at Bistro Domino. I liked the fact that you could easily spend time in Novotel side as well, having a coffee in the lobby or trying dinner in one of the restaurants. The room was standard size, I saw some of the users rated it small, but I guess it depends what you are really looking for in a city hotel, If you’re interested in sightseeing and exploring , like us, it didn’t bothered us much. The room was really clean, and equipped with everything you might need. A hairdryer in the bathroom, even an iron, which turned out to be useful when we were getting ready to go out in the evenings. In the room there was also a kettle with cups and complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, 2 bottles of water. In the bathroom toothbrushes, in case you forgot your own, like I have, and even razor kits, soap and shower gel. Towels were white, bedding was good quality. We had a view of the hotel pool, and partial city view. Breakfast was open from early morning, food was replenished on the spot. I liked the mini croissants and dried fruits( apricots, raisins, almond flakes), used to put them as a topping on my cereal bowl. They also had sliced watermelon, melon varieties and apple fruit salad, different cheeses and cold cuts, sliced vegetables. They serve a warm breakfast as well, a typical English breakfast, beans, sausage,eggs , also some ethnic dishes. Everything is buffet so you can have as much as you want. So I would recommend this hotel if you want to make the most of your stay in Dubai, the room rate is really low, and you get to experience so much more. Also it’s a short drive to and from the airport.

Had a brilliant 3 night stay. The staff are very polite and attentive, especially Deepak from housekeeping that always ensured that the cleanliness of our room was spot on. The breakfast spread has to be improved as the variety of food items is very little. However, do to the great hospitality and room cleanliness, we will definitely visit again!

I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. They cleaned them everyday and fresh water was supplayed every day. I slept well. The breakfast was very good also. Tun was a very nice waiter :)

I always stay at Ibis Deira City Centre when in Dubai because it's conveniently located a few minutes away from the airport, near City Centre Mall with easy access to metro, because rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are super helpful, day and night. This time I stayed over a month by taking advantage of a special rate for All members (30 % off, including breakfast). I recommend this hotel and also recommend subscribing to All Accor program in order to profit from the best rates for members. A big thank you to Mr Mina, Mrs Emma, Ms Belize and Mr Rohit at reception, Mr Ramy security and the best housekeeping attendant Mr Basant who all contributed to making my stay perfect. Looking forward to my next stay!

I recently coordinated a stay for a large group at Z ibis dira creek side Hotel with the expectation of discussing future business opportunities and some useful things for z hotel and for our travel company ... Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the hotel manager's manna extremely negative and unprofessional attitude.
Throughout z whole conversation, the manager manna was consistently uncooperative and showed a clear lack of interest in addressing our needs or concerns. Simple requests were met from our travel company to z hotel manager menna to give z best service for z group and bulid z hotel name and there was a pervasive sense of indifference toward ensuring our group's comfort and satisfaction. This attitude not only affected our current stay but also left us with serious doubts about considering Z Hotel for any future business engagements.
Given the importance of a positive and proactive managerial approach in the hospitality industry, this experience was profoundly disappointing. I would not recommend Z Hotel to other groups or businesses looking for a collaborative and guest-oriented environment.

The staff at breakfast (e.g. Tun Aung), the reception, the cleaning staff (Durga Badhur) and the head and help of security were all very kind and made me and my team ofthree World Scholar's Cup competitors from Slovenia very welcomed. The amenities in the room are a bit outdated (the carpet and blinds) but otherwise the rooms are well tidied, one gets complementaries bottles of water when the fridge is empty. Had one night at the hotel and if there is one thing to say about the hotel it is the loveliest people who served right from reception. Very special mention of Mr Ayyappam ( I may have spelt it wrong) who helps customers with luggage at check in and out and is an amazingly kind, humble, sincere and very solution oriented gentleman. I would have been in a mess at air port if not for him who repacked my two baggages when I thought I had exhausted all my options. That’s total customer service cum solution in my world. Sending my best to you! Also the lady security who had all the patience to repeatedly explain directions to a place we needed to go. The rooms are neat and clean. Would have been good to have toothpaste and toothbrush even for a night just makes it easy not to pull stuff that can be wet to re pack. I would most certainly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for convenience, human touch and cleanliness.

The hotel was decent for a business hotel, reception staff was excellent. The few cons are, the customer care staff when called from the rooms didn't know much english which was quite difficult to manage. Also, since one of my family members has sensitive hair, when we asked for shampoo the hotel didn't have any just 2 in one soap and shampoo.
