The ambience is relaxing and the staff is very welcoming, the waiter nizoum is very attentive and polite on taking orders. Most specially to the manager Melissa she always anticipates all our needs, I can see that she always checks the satisfaction of her guests. Tamer have a jolly and great personality he always comes back to check on us for satisfaction. Well done guys see you again. For sure I will come back again with my colleague from emirates airlines. I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Hanan, Nabil, Mohammed, Hossam and Nordec. Whenever I asked for anything they tried hard to make it. The place is safe and surrounded with many things

The experience was amazing...the hotel is the perfect place for business conducting and as well as relaxing and just calming yourself with the outstanding view for the old Dubai. Hanan is the one to look for as she assisted us from A to Z and made everything simple with always a warm welcome. Nabil looked out for us the whole stay and just made our stay more enjoyable and self assured. Rove City Center is definitely the place to go to!!

My stay in the hotel was truly worthy as all the services from front desk to fo F&B was excellent specially for business guests,. The hotel have a unique style in decoration so modern and practical, also the personal is very friendly and diverse i would like to thank Veronica, Charmin, Alex ,Japneet and Tamer from the restaurant also Mohamed, Nada, Hossam and Nabil from front desk team all those guys are very helpful and friendly.
