Worst Hotel apartment to stay in Dubai, Rude Reception Staff his name is Rhaul Tiwari , Shouting guests, never repeated and please avoid to stay their, Everything is bad, Entrance is not clean and smells very very nasty, Never come here again.

i have reserved through the worst travel agency ( agoda) my reservation was supposed to be on 18 of march..ofc due to the global of corona there is a travel ban and i was supposed at least to have a refund or part of it. unfortunately they didnot and everyday they are replying with a different excuse...really this hotel made good use of the situation.

This was our first hotel for our 10 days Dubai trip. We stayed with our 2 year old for 3 nights in the 01 bedroom apartment. The location is good, we found Indian restaurants and super markets (needed it as we were staying longer in Dubai) near by. The breakfast was good and since there were many indian options it was easier to feed my 2 year old. The apartment was quite spacious and provided all the essentials like fridge washing machine, induction stove and utensils. The sofa in hall was very comfortable which I extensively used as my work station. The beds were big and very comfortable for family with a kid. Overall had a very comfortable stay.

a). They ask you for a security deposit of AED 200 when checking in . This is not mentioned when you are making the booking, b). For credit card transaction they levy a fee of 3 %. I have been staying in hotel apartments and always paid through my card but never experienced this kind of a thing c). No tissue boxes in the room d). Housekeeping service is Poor e).Carpets in the gallery are stained and look unhygienic.

I book a room with my husband in al manar hotel online, when we arrived to the hotel there was no sign to show the main entrance as it s in the parking. While check in rahul in reception told as that the booking was canceled because we re late 10 min and the price change from aed200 per day to aed300 wich was too much comparing with the hotel facilities and services.we were really tired from traveling and waiting only for the room so we didn't negociate the price at all. But rahul told as that we need to deposit aed200 cash we give him a credit card but he said no it must be cash. As we were really tired and we book room for 2days we ask him for room and we will give the deposite later after have a rest specially there was no atm in the hotel. Unfortunately rahul in reception was really not professional and not helping at all he talk to as like we will run away we ask for the manager than ine lady indian i forgot her name came with no hi no smile and she start talking without even introducing her self, she was really rude and not respectful at all. First time i saw a manager rude like that. We went outside and we bring cash for them they didn t even appologize or asking for assistant regarding our luggage. Next day i went for breakfast wich was really disappointed no set up on the tables, and all indian food no options. They give me the check to pay on a rude way as well. Very bad service and bad attitude from the staff.…

Almanar hotel apartment is very good to stay with family. Hotel rooms are very big and clear. Breakfast taste is nice. Hotel staff is very Friendly and professional, specially Ms. Anjali at Front Desk. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you team to make my stay comfortable.
