Hotel is near to the metri station.service is very quick.Parking is free. Room is clean. staff is very helpful. I get warm welcome from the front desk staff.they are so professional specially Hamid Ali, shital and Lasantha and life guard Security Qyash is also very helpful.

This hotel is very good value by its low price 👌🏽. And the staff is nice. I booked for 12:00pm check out, but they allow me to extend to 2:00pm easily. Kevin, Hamid and sheetal wre very welcoming, friendly and understanding.

Really enjoyed my stay 29-21 June 2022, and would definitely revisit. Felt like 4 star treatment I left and went to another pre-booked hotel near the Creek. Stayed 10 mins and left Did not compare to the Premier Inn Exceptional service from the Kenyan receptionist , Josphat. Considerate, professional and patient with me and some personal challenges. It was a superb experience with Premere Inn. Staff is indeed very very good. They are friendly, supportive and always ready for help. Food is also a delight. Had great choice in breakfast. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. They are very flexible with early check in and late check-out. Surely gonna recommend it to everyone I know.
