It happened so that I stayed in the property from Sep 22 to March 23, occasionally flying in and out. This was an amazing experience with all the staff being extremely caring, helpful and taking an extra mile. From reception to Level 43. I used all facilities and stayed in most types of rooms - everything was very nice :) As a small tip - I love to have breakfast on M floor in green room with Tiyasha and Saquib making sure breakfast are both tranquil and recharging. Thank you very much! See you soon, again!

We stayed at this property for two nights prior to a cruise in mid-February. We choose it for location and proximity to the metro. We used points and were upgraded without asking to an apartment which was very nice. The roof top bar/restaurant was a real plus. The views were amazing. The taxi from the airport was $14. The metro is safe, clean and easy to use and costs about $2 per ride. The mall is about a 30 minute walk (get a cheap cab ride). What a great choice this was.

Everything was superb. From Ali at the front desk who helped us get a 2 bed apartment from a 1 bed using bonvoy points. He was super helpful and understanding To Ajay at breakfast who my kids would look forward to meeting and asking for all sorts of food and the very nice gentlemen and ladies at the front door and elevators who always greeted us with a smile. Even the checkout despite being very crowded and and at a fully packed hotel was straightforward and they let us leave at 3pm which was great with kids as our flight was at 6. And Ali at the door also helped hail a cab and load the luggage The 2 bed apartment was also very spacious and well maintained despite being an old hotel. And the location of course is perfect when the weather is nice which we were lucky enough to find during our dates. All in all a great experience and will definitely be back.…

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Majid went above and beyond to help to arrange cars to the airport. Staff was welcoming and went out of the way to make our stay. Breakfast staff was great. Will stay again

Had a pleasure to stay at Four Points with the amazing view of sheikh Zayed road. Spending here a special occasion just made even better with the literally all the staff's hospitality and kindness. Special thanks to Svenda who was always there to fulfil requests and make the whole stay an amazing experience. Breakfast had many options and was very delicious, Ann and Saqib assisted in a very friendly manner. Great location with a bunch of restaurants and just few minutes walk from metro stations.

Stayed here for the 2nd time and for sure i will always come back! Hotel is very convenient and easy access to any type of transportation. Didn’t expect that I will be really comfortable with the bed as this is always my problem whenever I’m sleeping away from home. Rooms, bathroom, kitchen are very clean. Thank you to the kindness and politeness of each staff. Special mention to Trisha and the people who assisted in call center and housekeeping.
