Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The DIFC area is very trendy and vibrant. Lots of young professionals with a incredibly energetic atmosphere. Sometimes some people forget that they are in DUBAI and not Miami, so they tend to overstep their boundaries and forget that this is a muslim country. They should be mindful of that. Not the hotel's fault.
With that said, this Hotel is absolutely by far the best customer service-oriented hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. I have travelled extensively around the globe and the staff at this hotel will go above and beyond for its guests. The level of attention to detail and cleanliness of the housekeeping staff is second-to-none. I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel over the past 5 years and they always cater to my dietary and comfort needs. The concierge service is always ready to accommodate your entretainment and dining reservations. The bell captain Mr. Mansoor and the other bellestand staff always greet us by name and very cordially. They are always eager to assist with shopping bags and refreshments upon arrival. Always making sure we are well cared for during our stay.
You can always count on the housekeeping staff to unpack your bags and organize your things while you have a nice cup of tea at the Penrose lounge.
If you stay here you can also use the pool , spa and beach facilities of the Four Seasons Jumeriah beach, and charge it to your room at the FS DIFC.
The location is only 5 min by car to the Dubai mall and 10 min to the city center and Jumeira beach.
With spacious suites, (some with a wonderful wide view of the Burj Khalifa), and a cinematic swimming pool; you can't go wrong with this hotel.
A special shoutout and thanks to the entire Ft Desk staff especially Mr. Seif, Ms. Lucia, Ms. Margaret, Mr. Dusan, the entire housekeeping staff and butler service, as well Ms. Sofja at the Penrose/ concierge desk.
I applaud the leadership of General Manager Renan Astolpho.
I highly recommend it.

Booking through Amex Platinum, we stayed 3-nights (and consistent with the Amex hotel program) enjoyed breakfast credits each morning, food/beverage credit and a room upgrade. Room 317 was a corner room which offered city views. During the day the hotel is quite the scene with business meetings but mornings and evenings are a bit more chill. Room was spotless, housekeeping awesome and any requests for ice, etc were completed perfectly. The room service food was exceptional and you order via an in-room iPad. As we were just starting a vacation and needed to get fresh PCR COVID tests done, the hotel had a service that came to the hotel and took care of the tests and emailed the results within about 30-hours. The roof pool is small, but the size is fine as this hotel is not necessary for kids (a plus and there are great views. Would defiantly stay here again.

Such a pleasure to have stayed in this exquisite hotel. For people who are coming to stay especially this expo 2021,.I highly recommend that you stay here. It is smack right in the middle of the business district and this Hotel is strategically located near the metro and business centres.
Service is impeccable, this is a big shout out to the unsung heroes of what makes a 5 star hotel, well, 5 star material. IT REALLY IS BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE. Housekeeping team (LoLi), subramanian, Front Desk (Hannah) and the full team of 4 seasons have been great.
My unforgettable experience here is, I have placed my 2 favorite stuff toys on the bed (I take them with me everywhere I go) and I came back and they have their own mini pillows and blanket. That kind of extra service and human touch, that is Gold people. Imagine, that is how they take care of things, what more for living things. Superb!
Lots of options to unwind here as well, their pool is fascinating , relaxing spa and chill in Luna lounge and Mina brasserie for a perfect view of the Burj.

This hotel has a great location near to amazing restaurants. Our stay in the hotel was not great at all except for the checking in, the staff member who handled the check in was professional and friendly. We got an upgrade for our room to a suite but we wished if we didn't accept the upgrade as we didn't sleep at night because of noisy people coming and leaving from the night club and their noisy loud cars. And when mentioning that upon checking out the front desk manager who was pretentious approached us and offered us her business card so for our Next Stay we would contact her to get a quite room!!!! What a joke!? Breakfast was below average with slow service and they also ran out of breakfast printed menus. Pool area was nice BUT had a sewage smell.

I stayed at the Four Seasons DIFC for one night. Even though it was a short stay, I did make use of all the facilities and also visited the Mina restaurant and Penrose Lounge. The service at this hotel was on a different level, even for Dubai, where standards are already very high. All staff members were highly attentive, proactive and friendly while at the same time not intrusive at all. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reminds me of a small luxury boutique hotel. My entire stay was a seamless experience, and the hotel took the COVID-19 measures very serious while not affecting guests comfort in a negative way. When it comes to service, this hotel is #1 in Dubai.

Truly excellent Four Seasons well located in DIFC with lots of high quality restaurants nearby.
High quality rooms and finishes throughout the hotel as you would expect.
However what makes this hotel truly special (even for a Four Seasons) is the excellent personal service and attention from staff. Being a relatively small hotel (c100 bedrooms) leads to a very personal service - staff remember your name and your personal preferences (where you like to sit; which drink you prefer etc).
A particular shout out to Felix who runs the Penrose lounge - he embodies everything that is great about Four Seasons - a superb professional.
Also Doran and the other staff at the rooftop bar who are so friendly. The concierge and front desk staff were also super helpful.
Has to be the best hotel in DIFC.

Great service but the location now compromised by a seemingly nearby club/bar playing very loud music. If you are a light sleeper/ want to have an early night would recommend asking for a room on an elevated floor facing away otherwise you will not get a good night sleep. Staff were quick to act in changing my room when I complained but not an ideal situation.

Had an extended stay at this hotel whilst hunting for an apartment for my new life Dubai. Initially on my own and later joined by my wife we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Everything in the hotel is absolutely 1st class but the level of service was absolutely outstanding and in my opinion sets this hotel well and truly apart form other top end hotels. Thanks to all at the hotel for making my stay and landing in Dubai so pleasant and hope to be back soon.

The hotel has an excellent location. However, there are significant disadvantages. When entering the room there was a strong smell of chemicals , which was used to clean the room. Unfortunately, the windows in the rooms do not open, so the heavy smell was felt for a long time. All the hotel offered is the aromatization of the room to hide unpleasant odors. Despite the good configuration of the rooms, they did not work most of the electrical sockets. Did not work tablet to control the options of the smart home. It was an inconvenience. However, this was compensated by the excellent work of maids. Very mediocre kitchen when delivering food to the room. This caused surprise, given that resting in the network FourSeasons I am accustomed to another. The management of the hotel is not customer-oriented. My requests were ignored, although they were absolutely justified. Unfortunately, I have to say, the hotel didn’t live up to expectations.
