This hotel is amazing. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are big, clean and spacious. The food in all of the restaurants has been outstanding and the pool areas/water park are also great. What stood out most for us is the service which has been incredible. I want to give a particular shout out to Vinay (uncle), Mahesh and Nan who have really looked after us during our stay. Bussola pizza restaurant is amazing. Cooked to perfection with top quality topping. Staff so friendly and cannot give Mike and Shinu enough praise for the service. Please try this restaurant you will jot be disappointed. My not need an appetiser the pizzas are enough 😳

We had a wonderful time at the Westin. The hotel was lovely, the staff were amazing and there is a vast choice of food/restaurants available. We travelled with a 4 year old and a 2 year old…both had the best time and loved the kids pool and the water park. Our room was modern and comfortable, we had 2 queen beds and asked for a baby cot which was perfect. Breakfast is amazing, buffet style with everything you can imagine. Our favourite restaurant was the Baba steakhouse! Steaks were delicious, lovely setting and the staff super friendly. The female chef is wonderful! The kids especially loved the ice cream parlour at the beach. Staff were so friendly! Big shout out to Joseph the ice cream man for bringing a smile and friendly face to us everyday! Big shout out to Vinnay at the kids pool too who went out of his way to help us each day. Honestly, the staff made our trip very memorable and we can’t wait to go back!…

Fine a big thank to Mr Karim the manager at the reception, also super restaurant la bousola. I will never stay at another hotel it is my 7th time. Next time will bring my family. Also sitting around the conservatory lounge was super.

Many years going to Dubai as a family holiday and this 5 star has it all. Such friendly and helpful staff . Excellent food , I think one of the best in Dubai.Love the hotel decor and large bedroom , we had booked one for the newly renovated bedrooms it’s larger and comfortable as you would expect from a 5 star. Water park was great for the kids probably more suited for the under 10 that suited us. Kids loved the kids club . Location is great, nice to be close to JBR , the pam & the marine. Overall I rate this 10/10 . Food , staff and amenities 5 stars ⭐️

This hotel is completely miss sold as it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel, the surrounding areas outside are dirty and unkept. If you are wanting a bit of peace and tranquility, definitely do not stay here , It’s noisy and brunch days are a joke .. All day around the pool and beach it’s like being sat inside a base speaker . There are no beach showers and only one pool side shower by the adults pool , consequently the pool is full of sand. The beach on JBR side of the palm is now horrendous and the water quality is extremely poor due to over development in this area. The staff in the club lounge were all very nice indeed, polite and professional but the same cannot be said for the poolside and beach staff. I must say the staff in the lobby area were very nice and a gentleman named Edwardo ( GM) was as accommodating as he could be.. I’ve been coming to Dubai for 15 years and I was genuinely shocked at the state of this area now.. Needless to say I will not be returning.…

It's really been an amazing getaway with the family. We had a great sea view room, clean and big, extremely comfortable. Our housekeeper Eri was so nice and polite, our room was clean as it can get after he did his work, and yes, every day there was a different towel animal, kids loved it :) Thank you Eri! We had Club Lounge access, and the Club Lounge experience was superb! The service was amazing, from an amazing breakfast to the afternoon tea, and to the Happy Hour (we never had empty glasses on our table). Our kids were thrilled (they're 4&7 btw...) they can stay on their own in the Kids club (thanks to everybody there, you guys are great!) while we're enjoying ourselves sipping our favorite drinks at the Club Lounge :). My wife says it's the best Cosmopolitan she's ever had. Since we were on a half-board deal, it was a different restaurant every night, they were all great (The pizza place, the fish restaurant, SUI MUI), but if I have to choose the winner it was the BABA Steakhouse, it was great! We were even greeted in Croatian upon arriving - awesome! The service was spotless, before getting our tenderloins, we got to choose our steak knives, and each and every knife was described by our waiter. Some of the appetizers we tried were a treat for the palate (fish balls and sweet sour calamari). The beach was clean and beautiful, towel service, driving around the resort in those electric cars, getting fruit snacks over the weekend. To the very smallest detail - our experience was so good. And thank you dear Painjal, for being a great host during our stay, taking care of us, making our dinner reservations and making sure we do not leave before you give our girls a gift from the hotel, Thank you! Not to forget: great experience with the airport pickup (the driver wouldn't leave till he made sure we completed our check-in), and the airport transfer back. Almost forgot - one more shoutout to the Club Lounge team and thank you for packing our breakfast due to our early flight :) A definite recommendation of the hotel and the entire resort.…
