I did not use it, but I recall the sign indicated separate hours for men and women. Anyway you can ask at the desk and they will advise the rules. As noted by others I think the adjacent hotel (very high-end property) has a ladies facility available for use. You can also use their restaurants and charge to your Hilton room.

Hotel is modern and clean and quite impressive. The lobby is a large atrium type. The gardens and grounds are extensive and comfortable to walk around. The pool area is quite big. You cannot buy alcoholic beverages anywhere in the country, but the fruit juices are excellent and there are all the typical soft drinks and coffee/tea choices. Also the meals in the several restaurants on the property were quite good and the service is first class. I was there for 10 days on business and was quite comfortable.
