Booked ahead of time for our stay , was expecting everything will be smooth. Reception is not even aware for their policy and doesn't have knowledge in booking online. instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he is rude and approach was inappropriate. Waited for 3hours for a successful checked in from 2pm-5pm. Complementary services was not being offered. For those who are booking from agoda/booking.com please be advised that this hotel is not that much realible. Thank you and I hope this will help.

I stayed in Casablanca hotel for 5 days, it was my first experience in a Saudi hotel, the place is very nice, almost looks like a 5 star when you enter it.
Can’t comment about the location since I didn’t go out of my room (for quarantine purpose) and also had the vaccine so I was very tired). But it was in a nice part of Jeddah.
The reception staff was very nice and helpful.
The room I stayed in on the 6th floor was just great, incredibly comfortable beds, all around very clean and the bathroom had all the amenities you’d want. Although I did ask a few times for an extra towel which they kept forgetting about. Sound insulation is very good you can’t hear anything from the windows but they are fixed so you can’t open them, the sound insulation to the corridor however was bad. I could hear the slightest step outside as well as other people talking in their rooms and babies crying.
Food was above average, not the best. Especially breakfast.
Overall though it was a nice enough experience.

I remembered we were sent to this hotel by Saudia airlines after our flight to Nairobi was full. The hotel staff noticed there was 4 of us and were about to force us to stay in one room. How do 4 people stay in one rom with a queen bed for 2 nights? We were so angry and refused to leave the desk until they finally assigned us 2 rooms. Our stay was in January 2018 but there is no option for that and I just remembered and wanted to review this hotel. Service is not up to standard. Food is however not bad.

After a problem with the airport transfer (original pickup a no show and 2.5 hour wait) the check in around 4am went well. The room was nice as was breakfast.

The staff made change for me so i could pay for the transfer back to the airport.

Stayed for 10 nights, not too good..... Very noisy they prefer filling there rooms with wedding guests so lifts are busy in fact a man sits in the lift to control it majority of the time.
Breakfast was basic, Evening meal was a buffet, with different tastes Indian - Asian - Western.
Room was OK on 6th floor, TV channels were poor selection.
No good news, hopefully I will not be staying there again

Internet problems were daily. They would always say that there is nothing they can do about it. They would ask you to go to the lobby or to a different area of the hotel. If you need a hotel with internet connection, DO NOT choose this one.

Not at all worth for business and personal trips. Lack of cleanliness. The staff does'nt know english only speaks Arabic which is a bug communication barrier. Internet speed is very bad. In addition the charges they charge i.e.550 SAR per person per room is very high. Its not even worth of 150 SAR.

We stayed here not through choice but was a pleasant enough hotel. The airline put us in it due to a strike. We spent four nights here the original rooms we were shown were at the front of the hotel and were very nice however the hotel was being renovated so there was a lot of noise.
We were given rooms at the back which were older and stank of cigarette smoke in fact the bed covers had burns in them we had to ask for the complete bedding to be changed,
Food was ok the airline paid for everything so cant really say if it was value for money, Breakfast and lunch were buffet style as was dinner, got a bit monotinous after a while. Also the management and staff ate before or with the hotel guests so the food was picked over.
Think there must be better hotels in Jeddah maybe closer to the Red sea.
