This unique property comprises of 2 heritage buildings at opposite sides of the street. Rooms are magnificently individual, featuring spacious bedrooms and classic teak floors. Location is superb - in the heart of the UNESCO heritage zone. Gorgeous landscaping too - a garden so beautiful for romantic dinners. One can witness alms giving processions from the hotel’s doorstep. It doesn’t have a pool or gym, but there’s an excellent arrangement with its sister hotel Sofitel Luang Prabang, and you can use all amenities there. The staff are most gracious: Te of the front desk knows many recommendations. Ask him about what it’s like to be a monk. He knows it well and can explain local culture in detail. Bird has a gentlemanly smile and reassures you that all your needs will be taken care of. Toui will assist you tirelessly in any way he can. Gentle and understanding. GM Anshul loves to talk with guests at the Nagini. He’s pleasant, welcoming, and full of stories and ideas to brighten your stay. Catch him if you can! Also - Van, Ou, Tar who make the stay smooth.…

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at this boutique little hotel. On arrival due to my Accor membership was upgraded to a corner suite. Greeting by the friendly Mr Bird who also helped me arrange tour to the waterfalls the next day. The staff there are always nice and warm. Daily breakfast, mostly requested to room as I was on workation. Room was cleaned daily with turndown service nightly. Mr Te who works morning shifts was also very helpful suggesting things to do and see in Luang Prabang. I feel like it was my little home there travelling solo and felt very looked after. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to Sofitel and you can use all the facilities there, pool, spa etc. Hotel is located on the main road and just a short stroll to temples, night market, palace, mount phousi etc. Mr Te also helped me organise tuk tuk to airport on day do departure. I will miss these guys. Overall highly recommend this hotel when visiting Luang Prabang!! I’ve added some photos of daily room service breakfast below!…
My recent trip in Luang Prabang reminds me very impressive experience. A well located hotel satisfies my needs of resting, sightseeing, chlling, dining, relaxing. Besides the cleanliness, good foods, and beverages, the staffs(as I remember, Mr.Anshul, Ms.Noon,Mr.Te,Mr.Ta,Mr.Bird, Mr.Oo, Ms.Wan,Mr.Sang, Ms.Housekeepers, Mr.Chef and Ms.Chef) really have unbelievable service minds. They eager to help and serve as much as they can with smiley faces and nice tones. Beyond that, I can use the facilities(such as Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Spa, Restaurant) at Sofitel Luang Prabang as well with the free shuttle service between hotel. If I would have chance to visit Luang Prabang again, I will definitely stay at 3Nagas as ever.
I recently spent 5 nights at 3 Nagas with my daughter. We loved the charming 100-year old wood building, the location, and the excellent staff. We loved spending mornings in the front courtyard with our coffees, watching passersby including the Buddhist monks on their daily alms ceremony. Thank you to Mr. Te, who helped us with arrival and departure logistics as well as excellent tours on the Mekong and to surrounding attractions. The use of the Sofitel swimming pool, gym and spa, just a bicycle ride away, was another major plus. The 3 Nagas came highly recommended by friends, and we pass along our strong endorsement.
3 Nagas is only a 5 minute walk from the center of old town, but far enough to be quiet and restful. I've stayed in 10 different hotels in Luang Praband over the last 12 years and this is the best! The staff is warm, attentive and helpful in all ways and happily take care of every detail. Special thanks to Nar Navalath, who seemed to be on the spot all the time to help plan my days. Luang prabang is my favorite small town on earth and I spend 4 months every year traveling Asia
Had the most amazing trip to Laos and specifically Luang Prabang and stayed at 3 nagas hotel. Thanks to the amazing service of Mr te and mr bird and their team our stay was exceptional, very comfortable and extremely fun. Highly recommended!!
Let’s start by saying that I spent 3 great weeks traveling through Thailand and Laos and that I am used to stay in nice hotels & resorts, which I used all along my trip. My vacation ended up in early March in Luang Prabang and, based on the recommendation of a friend, I spent my last 4 nights at the 3 Nagas. I did not have any specific expectation about the hotel before checking-in, I just knew that it reflected well the colonial past of the city and that it looked charming by the pictures I had seen online. I also liked the central location of the hotel, ideal to wander around. Upon check-in, we were welcome by a gentleman named Bird, who took the time to have us seated in a semi-private space, where we were offered a welcoming drink while he explained us about the hotel and the city. During this time, the admin process with passports was done in the back office. Bird was very attentive and willing to help with suggestions of what to do during our stay. When we came back at the end of our first day In Luang Prabang, we found in our room a personalized itinerary with the suggestions we had mentioned during our discussion: very nice surprise! Our room in the main building on the first floor was very spacious and could speak of itself with the very well preserved colonial architecture and design. Large private terrace as well, perfect to relax with a book and a drink at the end of the day or to observe the Monks procession early in the morning. The restaurant is located just across the road and offers a great food selection + delicious cocktail drinks. The “à la carte” breakfast in the morning will please anyone with different kinds of food (western, fusion, local or healthy) and cold and hot beverage. The waiter and the waitress of whom I can’t remember the names were always smiling, reactive and attentive. Two other gentlemen at the reception, Jed and Yod, were also very dedicated, asking about how our day was, helpful with the motorbike and car rental or just to suggest and book fancy restaurants. Nice tip, they have a free shuttle that can bring you to the Sofitel if you want to enjoy their big swimming pool, particularly refreshing at the end of a warm and sunny day (both hotels are run by Accor management). Of all the nice hotels I used during my 3 weeks (chain or independent resorts), that one was probably where we kept the best memories. The city of Luang Prabang helps of course, but the way this very charming hotel is run made the difference. The people working there were all friendly and dedicated. By experience, I know that an outstanding service makes the difference between a nice hotel and a great hotel. The 3 Nagas were definitely a great place to stay and I would come back with pleasure... Khobchai! 🙏🏻…
Beautiful hotel with breakfast taken in a separate area across the street. Nice room, room 1 on the ground floor, but noisy at times from footsteps on the floor above. Staff were excellent with good English.
