First visited this complex by family in the summer of 2023, spent 3 wonderful weeks of their vacation in the favorite resort city of Sevastopol ❤️ , each time extending their stay in the complex Aquamarin . To say that they are happy 100% - say nothing , so returned here in 2024 repeat and fill with impressions of stay : is a green, large, well maintained and insanely beautiful complex with a chic swimming pool surrounded by conifers - cleanliness everywhere, no water problems,electricity, comfort in everything. - availability of services in the form of a spa complex , where you will find 4 kinds of baths , 2 swimming pools in the spa and gym , for those who want to be fit even on vacation 👌 - its beach with all the facilities. Very spacious room with magnificent sea views! The beds are soft, luxurious, the room is cleaned every day. They bring water every day, there is everything you need to stay here: hairdryer, refrigerator, soap, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, bathrobes. We stayed at the hotel for a couple of days and were very pleased. We were met by helpful staff at the reception; we checked in quickly and took into account all our wishes (although we arrived late when the reception closed). The rooms are super-clean, spacious, the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. .The room is cleaned daily. The price includes breakfast in the Abordazh restaurant - we were satisfied - it was tasty, satisfying, varied, the staff was polite and any of our requests were resolved))) We will definitely come to you again!

I booked a 1 night stay here because I knew this was a new 5-star resort. However, the quality of service and facilities is only average, 3 stars suitable. Regarding the Reception staff, they are very rude to guests, give blank answers, and are inattentive when guests ask for rooms. In my case, it was past the check-in time but there was no room. When I asked the receptionist why, I received the answer that the room was not clean yet. I asked according to the check-in time regulations, it was already past the check-in time, but why? Room not available yet (I waited from 11:00 to 14:40) Receptionist replied: the room is not available yet, everyone is waiting, what do you want to do now??? Then I ignored it and went to another counter... I wonder if this is the attitude of 5-star Resort staff? During the holiday period, we understand that the service is overloaded, but at least the staff's attitude should be appropriate, not like slapping water in the customer's face like that... Excellent hotel in Sevastopol near the sea. The area is large, there is a park and places to take a walk. We have a standard room with a view of the city - large, clean, comfortable, with a view of the parking lot. By the way, there is parking, there is enough space for everyone. The hotel has a spa - 4 baths, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi. There is a bath of ice water and a barrel to cool off after your steam bath. We are on vacation now in February, so the outdoor pool and beach were not open. But the spa was enough for us) Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, thanks to the staff and management of the hotel for the excellent service!

We vacationed in February 2024 with the whole family. We had a wonderful weekend, there was no line at the reception, check-in was as quick as possible. The room is cozy and huge for the standard category, the renovation and furniture are in very good condition, it is clear that they are looked after and regularly updated as necessary. There is everything you need, a full set of cosmetic accessories, bathrobes for the SPA. The spa is medium in size, there are 4 saunas, all worked, the condition is good, the temperature in the pool and in the room would have been a little warmer. In a separate Jacuzzi for children, the water is warmer and more pleasant. Breakfast is good. We really like the Aquamarine Hotel! This is not our first time on vacation! The rooms are comfortable, the price-quality ratio is excellent. I really like the cozy spa center. There is a nice large swimming pool, the baths are small, but can accommodate quite a large number of people: there is a hammam, a Roman bath, a Russian and a Finnish one. Nice big jacuzzi. In summer it is pleasant to relax by the outdoor swimming pool.

I visited with a friend and we really enjoyed it. The service is excellent, the room is clean, spacious and has panoramic windows, just the way I like it. The cuisine in the restaurant is excellent.
