We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Close to everything and super safe. We had room #10 which is big with a very spacious bathroom. You also get free breakfast which is a plus. Staff was super friendly and stay on site 24/7. Absolutely recommend.

I spent 4 nights at Hotel La Galeria and it was great. The room I had (10) was huge, and spotless clean. The bathroom was large and well laid out. It had one of the best showers I've had in a hotel. I appreciated the strong WiFi, the small safe in the room, and the breakfast options. The staff were always helpful, even with my limited spanish. Traveling as a solo female I felt safe. Finally the location is great, there was a laundry place right across the street, a supermarket a few blocks away, and easy walking distance to all of the places I wanted to visit in Antigua.

This petite hotel offers everything you need for a couple of nights. We’ve stayed here twice. Price is super reasonable, it offers breakfast options and parking a block away at extra cost but reasonable as well. It is super clean, we stayed at room 3 it was spacious and without any smell or cheap towels or bedding. I would only add that they can provide extra pillows, since the ones they have are a bit rough. Besides that, everything was great, staff is friendly and they allow small pets. Definitely will come back.

Very nice, clean, quaint boutique hotel - 10 minute walk to the the central plaza. The room was well decorated and comfortable and very clean. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Drinking water provided in the room. My room faced the inner courtyard and I could hear some moving around in the day but at night I slept well and was not interrupted by any noise. Several choices for included breakfast. staff was friendly and approachable. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again. I stayed two nights.

Stayed here for two nights. Lovely hotel with nice, helpful staff. Helped with organizing laundry services across the road, provided take-away breakfast, as we had to leave early. Rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable, yet the triple room was almost a bit small. Walls were a bit thin, you could hear street noises through the outside wall, even though the window was facing the inner courtyard. Breakfast could have been more varied, especially. Would definitely stay here again nonetheless.

My girlfriend and I were looking for something quiet, close to the central park, colonial style house and budget friendly. This hotel is truly all of that. Also it is very clean and the breakfasts are delicious. Really good service and the staff is very nice. 100% recommended.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I am aware of very high ratings of this hotel. I agree with some points mentioned, it was very clean, very good service as they booked my transportation very fast and efficient. However room #9 was very small, no where to put my stuff, no closet. Fast internet. But very small TV with no english channels. No refrigerator in the room, and no safe, so I had to visit the city taking the passport and money with me. Privacy was also in question. Either I had to shut down the windows with no light, or anyone passing by would see what I was doing in the room.

We hope to have you with us again so you can see the changes. Best regards,

The room was very clean and beautifully designed. With the fresh filtered water, toiletries, and linens provided each day I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. Breakfasts in the mornings were delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. As a person who does not speak much Spanish I did not have any issues getting help when I needed it. Overall, I really appreciate the hospitality provided by Julia and her wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again! As a side note, I found the location very convenient. It was so easy and quick to walk to the restaurants, gym, market, park, etc.
