This was an extremely nice boutique hotel. It only has four rooms but the accomodations are comfortable and the private bathroom was luxurious. Our room had two twin beds that were very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful in helping us make some arrangements in and around Antigua. The renovations to the property are beautiful and the terrrace areas are comfortable and the plants were incredible. The rooftop terrace has a hottub with more than one area to relax in. We felt very comfortable and secure during our stay. Breakfast was delicous and made to order for us each morning. On our last morning we had an early departure, but they still managed to arrange for us to have our breakfast prior to normal serving hours. While this small hotel does not look like much from the outside, the inside was extremely clean, comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.…
Wow this hotel really blew us away. It is extremely clean, beautiful and the small housing makes it very personal. This place really gets down the details- the bathroom is super clean, the sheets are soft and the towels are not the normal stiff hotel towels and smell lovely. The breakfast is also very tasty, the day we left we had to leave early in the morning and the owner called in the staff to come in early so that we could have breakfast before 7am. If I were come back I would definitely stay here again without a second thought.
We were first timers to Antigua (3 couples). Perfect location to walk to all attractions and restaurants. Interior courtyard and spacious upper terrace with outstanding views. Friendly and helpful staff along with excellent breakfast.
Found this place on TA and stayed there our last night in Guatemala. Comfortable room just off first floor courtyard. Common spaces were lovely. Rooftop deck with a jacuzzi. Manager arranged our middle of the night ride to catch an early flight and she even got up to make sure we got off safely. Definitely recommend. Good location close to center city.
What a delightful find! Well located, impeccably clean and wonderful service; great restaurant recommendations, etc. This is a no brainer. Go there, and you will return... Thanks Evelyn you made our stay.
Lovely boutique hotel with 4 guest rooms. The manager Ebony was very energetic/ personable and clearly wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were clean and the vibe relaxed with two waterfalls running alongside chill out music. Ebony spoke perfect English for those you prefer communicating in English over Spanish. Emails that were sent before our stay were answered within hours. We had a lovely visit and would definitely stay for a second time if were to visit Antiqua in the future!
I stayed two nights at this wonderful little Boutique hotel in Antigua in May. Very central, some of the best breakfast I have ever had in an hotel and the personnel extremely helpful doing everything for the stay to be perfect and make you feel at home. I had a fantastic jacuzzi on the rooftop overlooking the roofs and the volcanos and teh hotel arranged for a perfect transfer to the airport, at 4 in the morning!
My family and I booked the entire hotel for the New Year. In all we were 7 adults and 2 babies. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, cozy and inviting. The en-suites are modern and streamlined. It is conveniently located 3 blocks from the central plaza and the hustle and bustle of lovely shops, boutiques, and a ample variety of delicious restaurants, bistros and bars. But the best part of it all.....the employees! From the manager to the ladies preparing our delicious Antiguan breakfast and fixing our rooms, to the nice man who keeps all the beautiful plants thriving. If you’re in the mood for a serene and relaxing stay in Antigua Guatemala, I highly recommend a cup of coffee on the hotel’s rooftop (photo).
Awesome little boutique property in the heart of Antigua, just a few blocks from the main square and all restaurants and shops. The place is very well kept and decorated with a lot of love for details. The breakfast which you can take on the roof top terrace overlooking the city and with a view of the surrounding volcanoes is great! Evelyn, the manager, was very personable and helpful with tips and recommendations. My only one disclaimer, make sure you get the room that you booked (or wanted)! There seemed to be a misunderstanding between the property and booking.com - on the platform I had booked the King Room and that´s what my confirmation said, when we got there however, we were given the Queen Room (which is considerably smaller). When I asked about it, I was told that the price I had paid was the price for the Queen Room, not the King Room (which by the way was booked by someone else already).…
Serendipity Boutique Hotel felt like home away from home! It's a very well kept and clean hotel. The staff were all very nice and always available to help with whatever they could. I really enjoyed my time there and how quiet and lovely it is. The terrace is just lovely and you can enjoy the gorgeous views with a cup of coffee for the sunrise or a cup of wine for the sunset. I really enjoyed my time there and most of all the great customer service they have. I can't wait to be back in the lovely city of Antigua and back at this hotel
