We got from bocas del toro. And we had went directly to panama casa hotel. And decoration and all the details are amazing. The staff are really good. Around 7pm we went for drinks and dinner on the villa. We went to the hotel and had a drink on the roof top. We were pretty tired so we left to the room. When we opened the door the sound of the music ( was so loud the it look likes we had the sound inside the room) so as you can imagine we didn’t sleep. My only advise is schedule on the bar subtil midnight. Just a a some place but it loses everything when you can’t sleep

A fantastically located hotel in the old part of town. Perfect for using as a base to get around the local historic area. Rooms are all brushed concrete / industrial looking but work well. Decent, quick working air con and good water pressure. They love their low wattage bulbs which means it’s pretty dark but you get used to it. Close to plenty of bars, eateries and a nice 3km jogging loop on a by-pass (sounds weird, actually quite nice) The bar upstairs was a little jarring and seemed a little out of place, more like something you’d find in Shoreditch, London but you don’t have to go (unless that’s your thing). The music can be quite loud but nothing that would stop you from getting to sleep, though earplugs are always there if necessary. I used this place as a base on my way into and out of Panana so stayed in two separate rooms. Ground floor room was bigger, had a fridge, and no noise from the bar, so if you want a little quiet then I’d recommend that. Super friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

I stayed here for 2 nights and my friend stayed for 1 night. This boutique hotel looks neat on the inside and same with our room. Highly recommend booking a room with a balcony for the natural light and breeze. Bed comfortable. Air con and shower worked great. We needed a ride to Santa Catalina and this was easily and quickly arranged by the staff person working late. Love the restaurant and bar on the rooftop called Lazotea. Cool layout. Awesome live band and female DJ on Dec 2 who they need to have there as regulars. Great food and drinks. Servers I had were pleasant. Welcome drink included. There will be noise from the music into the night, so this may be bothersome. They can pick you up from the airport for $30 but you can take Uber. Note that going behind the hotel is sketchy which I believe is off of Casco Viejo.

The location just at the edge of the historic quarter and opposite the ocean is fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is charming, however room 117 was really tiny. No space for a chair or mini table. For 1 person OK for 2 mission impossible

Great location!!! Very nice and modern rooms. Fabulous lobby and restoration of historic wall on the second floor. The architecture is fabulous. HOWEVER don’t stay here u less you plan to party all night long because the music from the rooftop bar was booming every night till 2AM. This is an advantage to sum… but not my wife and I. Also, very light on the amenities. Provided 1/2 roll of TP and no back up. I had to ask two days in a row for more as well as towels. No daily turnover service. No coffee or bottled water in room. FORTUNATELY I have learned to bring my own water pot and Italian roast coffee when traveling international. Over all-it was a great experience but I would not stay in this hotel again.
