While the stay was good, my digital luggage scale was stolen from a drawer in my room. I reported it to Eileen the next morning but no one got back to me. I again spoke to Michelle that evening and the response was unbelievable. There was only one cleaner in our area and they didn't ask her anything, they spoke to her manager and he said that they didn't find anything. Really? Not surprised, it was stolen!! The stay was going well up until then and I am only posting this due to the dismissive way they dealt with the situation.

Thank you very much for your evaluation Mrs. Sookragee, as the hotel manager mentioned to you, in our investigation we did not see any strange entry (electronic lock) in your room, only the housekeeper who has been working in our hotel for many years, just as visually we did not see any strange entry in the recording cameras. I was at Ramda for 2 weeks, in a business trip. Well placed hotel, good guestrooms, good apearence and some good services. Poor breakfast and you have to aks to have it in your room until the afternoon of the day before.

Very good stay. Felt safe. Nice lobby and lounge/bar area. Loved the spacious clean room. The location was good. There are various restaurants within walking distance and some convenient store. Also, a shopping mall very near but I did not go. My room had a nice side bayview which was nice to have. Breakfast was good. Overall a very good stay so I recommend based on value, would stay again.

The entire hotel was nicely laid out. The restaurant, gym, pool etc were always clean and inviting. I will definitely stay here again. Our package included breakfast and it was always good. The views from the room were simply superb.

Reception was very nice and efficient. We had no reservation and we checked quickly. Really happy with the room. It was clean and easy access. My only regret is that we were too low and heard sirens at 6am. We should have booked on higher floor. Other than that, Perfect.

The manager and stuff are professional, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and confortable. They have a nice pool. It is in a very good location in walking distance to a big shopping center and great restaurants. Their included free breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. I wish that they can start the breakfast at 5 or 5:30am so please can enjoy it and have time to catch the flight to David city.

Located in San Francisco with several food options as well as cafes and roof tops and very closed to the Multiplaza shopping center. Excellent option for couples, family, friends, alone on vacation or business. Comfortable rooms, breakfast and food services with a varied offer and good quality and price ratio but more importantly, the service attitude of the hotel staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was very conveniently situated for the Multiplaza, its a 5 minute stroll away. The hotel is clean and staff friendly and polite. Breakfast was included which was a mixture of eggs, toast, rice, Cereal, yoghurt, fruit amongst some other items. The bar is reasonably priced but we didn't have any other meals so cannot comment on the restaurant standard. We booked a room with a king sized bed but ended up with two queens. They quickly moved us after we informed them. We used the gym and pool which is a nice area on the second floor. The gym is small but has cardio and weights. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.
