Really impressed. Large room and huge bed. Hotel bar staff are lovely and friendly, so are the security. Reception staff are excellent. Huge hotel and very stylish. Love the feel of the hotel bar and the interiors are great. Shame the bar is not open after 10pm! Recommend the pina colada!

Terrible last night with a hotel sponsored party going on in one of the hotel floors at least until 5.15am (was the time that we checked out being fed up of an entire no sleep night). Despite the complaints nothing was done by the hotel to reduce the noise.

Visited over the weekend for a friend’s wedding and it was just what I was looking for, staff was very helpful, spoke English and hooked me up with a room that had a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast was delicious and served at the terrace, perfect way to start my days. Definitely recommend it and will be coming back.

I had an amazing stay at Decapolis Hotel. Rooms are spacious very cleand and organized. The whole staff is very kind, friendly and always with a big smile. Front desk people were very helpfull with all my enquiries and tourist information... the restaurant menu is good with very afordable prices. Definitely i will coming back.

They had opened just a few days early before our stay so I think our group was the only one staying at the time. My husband and I were the only guest at our floor, so no dealing with unnecessary noise but it would creep me out heading to the room at night ( but since I'm a horror fan it was an adventure for me). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. It is connected to Multicentro mall and a casino. Really no complains; I would say "give it a try"

Beautiful hotel, nice restaurants, great breakfast spread! Pool is a little small and was shaded most of the time, but i didn't stay there for the pool. Location is convenient to transportation, shopping, and restaurants.

The rooms are old and tired. The first room we were given had a window that was so dirty with green mold you couldn't see out of it. The next room had coffee rings on the desk that had not been cleaned properly

Stayed here with a tour group. Rooms are a typical city room. Noisy at night (with a 0400 wake up) and had to go TO the desk as they weren't answering phone. Breakfast was good. Fare from coffee bar was ok. Staff is friendly.

This area goes all the way along the water looking back to the Miami skyline view of Panama bike riding and boats restaurants in the area and far from the city like Tampa or any American beach location minus the beach but with wonderful weather. No hurricanes no earthquakes no temperatures over 100 none really below 60 very temperate and Peaceful very touristy part of city. Nice restaurants nearby plus Marina.

Big Room, good breakfast and staff. The cleaning can be improved. Hotel has a good location if you prefer stay near to new hotels and Multiplaza mall. The staff was very attentive when we needed to have breakfast earlier, before breakfast time
