We’ve stayed here twice now, and we like the hotel and location, and the price. It’s close to the ocean walk area, stores and the big multi plaza mall. The rooms are renovated and very clean. They have blackout curtains that are automated on a wall by the bed, which I loved. The views from the room can vary but if you pay a little extra you can get a view of the ocean. City view was fine for us. They have free outdoor parking ( not secured but ok. The free breakfast was good, and the dining area overlooked the ocean which was really nice. Staff were great. Highly recommend for a Panama City Trio.
I stayed there. I was going to complain about the health club being to hot, but suddenly a man came in and turned the air-conditioning on. I have nothing to complain about. Maybe a suggestion to have employees wear uniforms to make them more noticeable. I would stay there again . The breakfast was decent and the employees were kind. I heard the place was a Holiday Inn along time ago. It's still a good place to stay.
Good hotel, good breakfast , great location. Missing some amenities . Great water pressure in the shower. It was weird there was no fridge, tissues, or coffee maker in the room. Location is a quick walk to Cinta Costera. Good value hotel, would recommend to travelers staying 1 or 2 nights. I stayed 3 nights
My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in December and we booked our rooms using booking.com. As a travel agent I know that direct bookings are always better but the rate found on booking.com was much better. When we got there, the reception staff (Clarence I believe his name was) did not want to honor our room, stating that even though there was no way our room description said "bay view" because those rooms arent offered on booking. com so I pulled up my reservation and showed him exactly what the description of the room we paid for was, a Sea view. He was very argumentative and his lack of professionalism was even noticeable on the way he dressed. I really didnt even think he was the receptionist, I though he was maybe doing some repair or something behind the desk. After a few minutes back and forth, we finally got our sea view room which to my surprise it was very clean and spacious. The decor was nice and modern, it looks like they invested money on updating the rooms and hallways but the hotel itself needs a lot of work. This hotel was built in the 60s and it shows! the a/c units look rusty and moldy on the outside, the restaurant decor looks so old and the pool deck, although nice, it could use a little TLC. Overall it was an ok stay, I wouldnt stay there again despite its good location.…
Literally the best quality for the best price. I have stayed twice at Paitilla Inn, my firt time was back in 2018 and everything was right like the fist time. Frint desk stuff veey accomodating and the brakefast was good for what you pay as well. I highly recommend this place.
