The worst hotel breakfast that I have ever had. The "hot" food was cold and the polenta pancake was like a shingle. This was the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had. We go through Panama City often and the rest of the hotel is OK. Breakfast used to be better.

Perfect airport hotel. Would recommend a one night stay either at the beginning or end of your trip. Free shuttle to the airport runs at the top of the hour, every hour. The room is pretty bare, but we only needed it to sleep in. The pool area was lovely and the bar was great. Would not recommend as your "destination hotel" for an entire trip, but more than perfect for an airport/short stay hotel.

Just another airport hotel. The outside space is the best feature with a lovely pool and bar area. The room is very basic. Nothing on the walls, no amenities of any kind and the internet is poor. Restaurant seemed to be open, but no one working in the bar. The shuttle to the airport is efficient and leaves on time.

After reading mixed reviews of this hote, l I was very pleasantly surprised! I thought it good value and had a great experience. The shuttle arrived about 5 mins from us exiting the airport. Our room was spacious and recently renovated. The grounds and the pool were lovely and we had a nice meal there. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet which I expected to be continental from reading another review, was a hot buffet and more than adequate. We only spent one night here prior to a canal cruise but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Where to start? I like this hotel. I stayed here years ago with family, and now during a 24 hour stopover on a business trip. Remember this is an AIRPORT hotel 3 minutes from Tocumen. It has a lot more charm and character than most airport hotels or nearby competitors. During a layover you can lounge by the huge, super-clean pool, or in a hammock, in a beautiful tropical oasis, enjoy the quiet and the feeling of space. There are big grounds, and pleasant play areas for kids and adults. It is pet friendly. It has a retro charm - so much has happened in Panama since this hotel was built, And it is well maintained - nice shower, new mini-split unit etc. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has only 2 floors, and it's a reminder of Panamanian style before the high rise craze. Many rooms have balconies or direct access to the gardens. Some earlier reviewers seem to have been disappointed because they went with the wrong expectations. It is NOT a base for exploring the city (choose a downtown hotel for that), nor a resort to spend a whole week in (nothing to do in the area), nor a party hotel for young adults, nor a gastronomic paradise. But why would anyone think they can go to a decent hotel with a restaurant/room service and then order from online apps or bring in their own drinks coolers? There are some things that could be improved. Rooms are a bit spartan, the safe didn't work, should have been a coffee maker but there wasn't, lighting is bad in bathroom. Food was regular airport hotel style - decent but not spectacular, not overpriced either. Breakfast included in the rate. Staff could be more proactive in offering drinks and snacks service by the pool and they would sell more. Also my reservation had been cancelled when I showed up. It didn't matter because they had plenty of space, but it could have been an issue. Even though I made the reservation by phone directly with the hotel because I was arriving at an odd time and wanted a guaranteed early checkin. They had booked it starting the night before and I guess the system cancelled it as a no-show even though I left a credit card guarantee. Overall this is a decent hotel offering for a fair price. The owners have probably got the balance about right from a business point of view. From a guest's point of view it needs some minor tweaks and service improvements to reach 5 starts, then it could be marketed as a more boutique product. …

This hotel is so close to the airport so is a good choice if you have an early flight and want to be nearby. We were required to stay here as the departure point for the Canopy Camp in Darien as it was the pickup point. Rooms are basic but fine. The staff seem a bit clueless - they could only give us 1 room key; restaurant staff are slow and never came back to our table. There is a lovely pool. The food in the restaurant is edible but barely. Breakfast buffet was okay

This hotel is in a fabulous location only five minutes from the airport. There is a shuttle service to the airport every half hour.The rooms are clean and well air conditioned. The staff is kind,polite,and helpful. i have to say that the food in the restaurant was just awful. Even breakfast was lousy. This is why I can’t recommend this hotel.

This is a very clean and friendly hotel. The rooms were comfortable. It is a five minute drive to the airport with hourly shuttles. They have water out with fruit in it for guests which was a nice amenity. The restaurant food was very good. The outdoor area in the center of the buildings is spacious with a large pool and lots of nature around that support different bird species that live there. We watched Euphonia and Woodpeckers building nests and many more hanging around and flying over. There is also a poolside bar. We stayed a night at both ends of our trip. This will be our go to hotel for future trips as well. The desk staff is so nice and helpful. Something happened with one of our reservations. They got right on it with our tour company and gave me hand signals that it is getting worked out, not to worry. Quickly resolved the issue and got us into a room.…

It's a nice hotel that is located close to the airport (3 min). The price is adequate although we paid $130 online and we could have walked in and paid $88. The room was clean and the AC worked. The outside area of the hotel is beautiful with a very nice pool and bar. Breakfast is included although it's a very basic breakfast and the poorest that we've enjoyed while in Panama. They do have a shuttle to the airport that runs on the hour. They do have luggage holding as you won't e checking in till after 2pm. It's convenient, but I recommend that you look at your options. We took an Uber from the hotel to Old Town for $11 and it takes 30 mins.
