The bad Had broken fixtures and plugs that didnt work in my room, no hot water for over 12 days, I believe they're trying to save money by rotating floors, or times when it's barely available as I only had it for less than 10% of my stay. Safety around the hotel is pretty bad after midnight, the base of the footpath to via espana will have 2-5 African women near the McDonalds who try to rob you after midnight. Chances are youll need extra water and drinks throughout your stay, Costa Azul is 24 hours and there's a convenience store right across that is as well. Fridges are small, half the size of a small bar fridge, you can probably fit 4 x 500ml bottles of water and a few pieces of fruit. Depth of top shelf is 4 inches and bottom is around 8 inches, more often than not, there will be lots of black mould inside so keep your items covered or wash thoroughly Most staff don't speak english and there is limited access to concierge or other services. You're going to have staff coming into your room 2-3x per day, between towels, regular housekeeping and water/coffee replenishment, so keep your items locked and secured (I'm missing about $80). Overall an extremely poor showing from what's supposed to be a Radisson. The good Conveniently located close to the main banking area, has access to metro with a 2 min walk, has access to about 4 casa de cambios in a 3 minute walk. Good cleanliness and friendly staff, breakfast is included but gets boring very quick. Tons of good restaurants in the immediate area like Costa Azul, Beirut, La Casa del Marisco and Las Palmas in the hotel. I'd say this hotel is only good for mid-market, Pan and South American clients travelling with families or retirees. Not good for business or solo travellers, not good for english speaking travellers. It is one of the hotels COPA uses to house guests from cancelled flights so there may be a lot of noise.

We spent a week here for a powerlifting competition. The staff were all friendly and working hard to give guests a nice experience. Shout out to Guriel at the front desk who was able to change our room after a cleanliness issue with the first room. There are major renovations in progress. If noise is an issue for you ask for a lower floor. If not, ask for a renovated room, it’s a huge difference! We ate at every venue in the hotel. My favorite was the sushi bar, awesome sushi, dumplings, and cocktails. I didn’t mind the limited menu. The breakfast was amazing and bountiful. The pizza at poolside restaurant was really good. Service was extremely slow, but staff was working hard. The pool is gorgeous! All in all a good stay.

I am a platinum member with Club Carlson, the Radisson rewards program, to get this one need stay 60 nights In Radisson hotels in a year. This may be the worst property of the ones if stayed in. The quality of the maintenance in the room was abysmal. The knob for the bathroom was the wrong size and did not work. The bathroom door aside from being filthy was split. The tub was old and discolored. The call was mildewed and badly applied. The refrigerator for the suite was not there at check in. The next day one was deposited in the room but was not put where it belongs but rather left on the table. We are here with two other couples. In the three nights we have bee here. There has only been Luke warm water for a few hours in the morning. Afternoon and at night there is only cold water. The rest of the property is nice. The food at the restaurant was good. The pool is ok. Tiled with green growth. Overall I was not happy with the room and will not be staying here again.

We actually have never stayed at this hotel and never would! We live two blocks away and they play their music so loud in the pool area that it sounds like the DJ is in our living room. And that's on the 26th floor with all the doors and windows shut tight! I think it's very rude and inconsiderate to subject their neighbours to this kind of abuse. I have tried to call them about it but nobody ever answers the phone. Obviously the management doesn't care at all, I can't imagine how loud it must be for their guests!

The staff was amazing. The place was well kept. We were greeted with cake and fruits in our room. My sis got ill and she alerted front desk and they got to her room even before I did and they called the paramedics and they never left until they came and did their checks to see that everything was alright. They were very generous. I definitely recommend this place. You will all feel welcomed there.

All staff were very polite. Some do speak English a small Amount! Never had a small fridge in our room, asked the front desk and they brought one immediately! Great spot to enjoy the city! 20 mins walk from Balboa avenue! Very safe and secure!!

The hotel has big rooms that were all tiled. They did nor give us a pool view room that we paid extra for. They said nothing until we got back up to the room and went back down. They gave us dinner for two which made us happy. Waiter in the restaurant waves to me as I walked by. So nice!! Overall I was satisfied, The pool is huge and they had a live D.J. The drinks at the pool were a bit expensive for Panama. Coffee in the room and good lightening. Great locks on the doors. Huge and wide halls. Nobody picked up all the left over dishes in the hall by the service elevator. Fairly fancy and still a gem in Panama!! I'd go back!!

I don’t even know where to start. After no less that 60 stays at this hotel over the last 30 years, this was by far the biggest disappointment in years and years of traveling. I understand COVID, I understand staffing issues, I understand lack of tourists but the shortfalls should have been explained upon check-in. Instead, upon checking in, the front desk girl told me the pool bar was open, the casino was open, Molas was open and then she attempted to steal my passport and was then barely apologetic when I returned in a hurry and asked her for my passport back. Then I find out the pool bar is NOT open, the casino is lacking any clients but was semi opened. Molas, in-house restaurant, had 2 people working, took 30 minutes to order, 30 minutes to receive our order and then I had to go and find the waiter to attempt to closet bill. This was the same everyday. Over 40 minutes to deliver 2 beers poolside after spending 20 minutes to find someone that would even take my order. The service was the worst I’ve ever seen anywhere. The former cement bottom pool (easily the best in PC) is now covered with a vinyl thing that is too big and has these huge ripples in the vinyl creating endless tripping hazards. From the best pool to the weirdest pool in Panama City. The city-wide 10:00 PM curfew means there is NOTHING available to eat after about 8:30 PM. Nothing mentioned about this dilemma at check in. So many issues could have been alleviated by a brief explanation at check-in or even an info packet in the room. Included breakfast was terrible with stale corn tortillas, scrambled egg and a sad protein option. Cold coffee was the norm and finding a waiter to ask for anything was pointless. The plus was the room. Beautiful, clean, super comfy bed, great bathroom. Although the water pressure was lacking. Unfortunately, the terrible experience can only partially be blamed on COVID and I doubt I’ll ever return here, even when normalcy returns to PTY. Very sad visit for 2021 and the return from the pandemic.
