Kitchen - no garlic masher, very small coffee maker only takes Kurig cups "Duran Cafe Puro" Nuestro Cafe, no milk/sugar. No oven. There are cups, plates, glasses, bowls, pots/pans, knives, cutlery, cutting board, strainer, bottle opener, can opener Bathroom - very spacious, nice, clean, modern. Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in big refillable containers installed in the shower wall. No shower cap/hand lotion. Room - big windows, beautiful view (we on 10th floor facing ocean), comfortable king bed, little living area with a couch, coffee table, desk and very comfy office chair Pool/gym - amazing view, very clean. Gym has water bottles, towels, yoga mat. Didn't go in the pool but was being cleaned every morning. It is small. Breakfast - basic, bread and peanut butter would finish everyday at 9am and they don't replenish but if you ask for some, they will give you. Decent coffee, some fruits, cereals, waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, etc. Location - since its in the core of downtown, heavy traffic at all times. Car start honking at 7am to 11pm every 5-10 seconds and I could hear from my room. It would wake me up at 7am. There is a grocery store a few minutes walking distance. There is a restaurant called Aroma in the plaza behind the hotel...they serve amazing pizzas and salads. Reception - check in and out very smooth and quick - no issues

This is a new hotel built right before the pandemic and is a mall. Which has a foodcourt a number of shopping stores, pharmacy, normal and Kosher supermarket and great health clinic. I have stayed here in 3 different rooms on different floors. As I was in and out of the country for the month. They were all little studios with own kitchen, refrigerator, counter top, couch, desk and bedroom. All the rooms had views of the Pacific. The rooms and hotel were very clean except for the 13th floor on the occasion that I was there where they had a problem with the ice machine which had expelled water which went into the carpet and left that horrid smell. The floors in the room were of wood and ceramic. The beds were king and the view was spectacular. It’s located right in an area where if you can hop on the highway and go to Costa del Este or into the city. Not far from the mallas and has a small strip mall next to it with stores, restaurants and another supermarket. The breakfast is not the greatest, the fruits and bread are acceptable the rest I wasn’t to thrilled with BUT you can go down from 07:00 hrs to 3rd floor and get coffee and pastries from the foodcourt. Which was ok for me. The staff was friendly and cooperative while the hotel was very safe. Did notice that during check in/checkout there were long lines at the reception. Would be advise that you look into checking in after 17:00. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stay here only if you want to be taken advantage of. Rate quoted at check in was manipulated to a higher rate at check out. Pensionado & senior rates are different. Staff refused to acknowledge their “error” and refused to fix it. As for check in—after waiting two hours we were given a key to an occupied room & apparently were the third to disturb that gentleman.

We just came back from a wonderful week at this hotel. It was an amazing value for the location, room space and amenities and we also had a great view and enjoyed the pool. As a kosher traveler, it was so amazing to have so many restaurants so close by and a kosher supermarket in the same building. They also added kosher bread and cheese to the hotel breakfast options while we were there, which I thought was excellent customer service. The rooftop pool was gorgeous, and I loved also that they had lots of tables and chairs so a couple evenings we ate takeout up there while we enjoyed the pool and stunning view. This hotel offers an excellent value for families.

My second stay and I still believe this is the perfect Panama City stay. The location is unbeatble - walking distance to the large & modern mall, near the highway to Costa Del Esta and the airport. Walking distance to the Costa Cintura, shops, movies etc. The rooms are enormous, modern and well laid out with all the modern amenities you may ask for. Most rooms have at least some view of the city or the ocean. The staff is very friendly. There is a free for use laudromat which is handy for long stays. The rooftop pool is lovely, though maybe a few extra deckchairs will be nice and possibly even a bar service. The breakfast is somewhat boring especially for long stays, but still wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great budget friendly hotel, with amazing, attentive staff. We booked 3 rooms for our large family months in advance and I was a little worried we wouldn't get the rooms we requested because the hotel was completely sold out during our stay. I was wrong. Not only were all the rooms exactly what we specified, they were even able to accommodate every last request (including low floors, connecting rooms, and a 4 PM late checkout!) Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We (and many others staying in the hotel) were there over a weekend which included our Sabbath and the staff went out of their way to be helpful in any way they could to accommodate us, including a dedicated room for our communal prayers. The rooms look brand new and our very spacious. Air conditioning works well and plenty of hot water. Housekeeping is great and COMES EVERY DAY, something I'm not used to in the US where they still use Covid as an excuse for lack of service. Rates are very affordable. Only minor complaint is there are not enough loungers by the pool area and for some odd reason, no umbrellas to provide shade. Overall we had an amazing stay and hope to be back again next year.

Pretty disappointed - I had an ocean view guest room and used my Bonvoy suite upgrade certificates to get a one bedroom suite. I did not realize that I would be sacrificing the view for a better room. Our room looked directly into the mall, which we found to be very creepy, so we had the curtains shut the entire time. You can also hear music and sounds from the mall. I chatted the front desk via the app and they said that there were no more ocean view rooms on a low floor as I requested a low floor. I then asked for my suite upgrades back and they said that all the suites only have views of the mall or hospital. I told them that I was looking at pictures from the website with beautiful views marked suite east and south views. They said they would tell the manager. I asked several times about getting an update on getting my suite night awards back and have gotten nowhere. So bottom line, if you stay here, don’t upgrade your room!

Big and comfortable rooms. Staff is very caring and friendly. Amazing for Jewish travelers once they know all the details and are there to help whenever needed. Kosher options in breakfast, bread, coffee, natural juices and fruits. Great location.

All in all an excellent hotel. My room was quite comfortable and had a fantastic view except for one ridiculous design flaw in this hotel. For some reason, they have stenciled translucent dots on all of the exterior windows. This means, when you look out your window, you must look through a field of gray dots in order to see the amazing view. Most ridiculous design I have ever seen on a high-rise building touting view. I was initially upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, but the studio suites have much better views, so I asked to be moved. Wi-Fi is not the fastest, even what they call enhanced Wi-Fi. But it works. Room is very modern with convenient features. Plenty of USB and AC power plugs. The bathroom is large, and the shower has plenty of hot water with good pressure. There is a small, free laundry room on the 15th floor Jason to the pool. And they provide complementary laundry soap. Climate control in the room works very well, and it is totally silent. I love the rooftop pool and workout room. The workout room also has a great view, and thankfully none of those moronic dots on the windows. Thankfully pool hours are not strictly enforced. They advertise 8:00 p.m. closing, but I was in the pool up to 9:00 p.m. and no one chased me away. Hotel is in a great location. The hotel is actually located above a small shopping center with a full service grocery store. Within two blocks are several excellent restaurants. Surprisingly, the food court in the shopping mall with the hotel has some fantastic food. There's Italian, Greek, and a very good burger restaurant. This hotel is not walking distance to any of Panama city's tourist sites, but I recommend getting a car if you're in Panama City.
