We absolutely loved our stay at La Concordia Boutique Hotel. Everything from the rooms, service, and location was perfect. The rooms were beautifully designed and well appointed (Bose speaker, bathrobes, slippers, Occitane products in the bathroom). The service was beyond our expectations. Everyone was friendly and tried to accommodate our needs right away. Arcelio was amazing! No matter what information we needed, he was able to provide it and if he was not sure, he would research it and give us an immediate response. He provided great food recommendations including places with vegan options. The location of the hotel was excellent. Everything in the Casco Viejo was within walking distance and other city locations were no more than 8 minutes away via Uber. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely stay here again when we come back!…

We recently had an unforgettable stay at Hotel La Concordia. The staff, especially Marc at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with organizing tours and reservations, making our experience seamless. The room was exceptionally beautiful, and the bed provided the best sleep I've had in a hotel. The private balcony added a lovely touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Location was pretty good for the old city; however, the rest of the hotel left much to be desired. The AC barely worked (despite them sending maintenance to “fix it”), the bed was very uncomfortable, and at one point the water was shut off. When the water returned, the hot water was brown tinged, no matter how long I ran it for to clean the pipes. Would not recommend this hotel, it made our stay in Panama City very uncomfortable.

Rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom! Beds were comfortable with a selection of pillows. It is located in the Old City which is being renovated, interesting architecture and close to the main restaurants and the canal museum. Located next to a breakfast spot Tosta, but it does not open until 7, so if you get an early start to your day, you will need to find something else. Like any hotel in a city you get the street noise ( fine during the week) both at night and early morning. Enjoyed a nice place to sleep and the tile in the room is decorative and keeps things cool.

We loved our stay at La Concordia. As others have mentioned, the hotel is beautiful, well-appointed, and a great location for exploring in/around Casco Viejo. Plus, the staff are super friendly, incredibly helpful with suggestions and general info, and always had smiles on their faces. We stayed in a corner suite on the third floor--amazing. We enjoyed having a drink on the balcony/people watching below in the late afternoons. The rooftop bar is cute, too--and the music definitely starts pounding in the evening until the wee hours. My partner could sleep through Armageddon, so the noise didn't bother him. I can hear a pin drop--so I was a bit concerned I wouldn't catch any shut-eye. However, I used the hotel-supplied ear plugs and didn't have any trouble sleeping. I would highly recommend La Concordia!…

A stunning boutique hotel in the centre of the old town. Beautiful rooms, thoughtfully appointed with meticulous attention to detail. The staff were friendly and caring and really wanted to ensure your stay was perfect. A good location for exploring with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The coffee shop on site and the restaurant and bar on property were great too.

Excellent boutique hote with great location near so many restaurants and sights in Casco Viejo. The room was huge , bed comfortable and great balcony. Hotel staff were very helpful in planning the week in Panama. Including being thoughtful of the limits of what my 80 year old mother could and could not do. Overall a lovely stay in Panama city
