We visited Zebulo Hostel in ferbruary 2020 from Germany. It's a very good hostel with private rooms, you can reach Metro very close, supermarkets are quiete near and you can use Uber or Taxi from the airport. The owner cares are lot and help you if you have any question. You meet other travelers, rooms are clean and it is centrally located. Very lovely hostel =)

The Zebulo hostel is located close to the metro station Via Argentina which makes it a good place to start exploring the city from. The neighbourhood itself is in the business district and is quite boring. The staff is very friendly and very helpfull: a big plus for that. The hostel itself could do with some improvements though. The kitchen lacks a lot of utensils, for example not enough pans and pots, not enough cups, no can opener. The rooms themselves are basic and ok and equiped with airconditioning. We also found the cleanliness somewhat lacking if we are honest. Nevertheless we had a decent stay and if you are looking for a basic and laidback place that offers a lot of tours, this could be your spot.

We booked a twin room with air conditioning (for my aunty and myself) and when we got there, there was noone at reception So after 20 minutes of waiting someone finally turned up. After the usual ID checks etc they couldn't find the key to our door. We waited for an hour for them to find the key but they still couln't find it. :( So they showed us to another room which was a room with a double bed and thats it. ( I love my aunty but not that much) :) So they took us too the dorm (the one in there profile pic). There was no aircon and the room was like a sauna and it smelt like old socks (not the hostels fault) :D I asked about a refund for the difference in prices for rooms (twin compared to dorm) and they said no refund :( I was just starting to look for another accommodation nearby when they said "we'll get a twin room for u in a hour or 2 and my auntywas happy with that. IN total this took 4 hrs (from arriving at reception to getting a room) not good enough :( On the plus side I loved the set up of the lounge area. Games, great sitting area and hammocks and it is close to a main shopping area/street :)

I have stayed in Zebulo during my last week in PTY. This is a very cozy and family feeling hostel which run by a young French Lady who is taking care of everything with a couple volunteers. I enjoyed all my days here with lots of visitors coming in and out and she was very generous about everything, especially communicating with her guests. I had to stay in another Hostel before here and I felt like staying in an orphanage because the workers were always warning about everything so how can I feel like home when someone is telling me what to do or what not to do. So after this terrible hospitality, I have changed it to Zebulo and it was so easy to feel the vibes changed in a second. My thanks to the owner for being so kind and welcoming for all the travelers visiting her house. Merci bocu Señorita, keep doing beauifutl work!! I am going to recommend your place to everyone and surely I will see you again one day.
