We love Hotel Oasis and its proprietors! Carolina, Damian and all the staff are the most hospitable folks we've ever encountered. It's a lovely place with lots of flowers and artwork, very comfortable rooms, and delicious meals. We always feel perfectly safe and so well-cared-for. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Since 2004, I've traveled each year with a group from Washington D.C. Ethical Society to visit El Salvador. Nearly every time we've come, Oasis has been our go-to place to rest, refresh and get ready to go to work with our friends in Cabanas.

Due to Covid, we have not been able to travel for two years running. Last November, we decided to make the trip and we are so glad that we did. The staff at the Oasis gave us a warm welcome. They took great care to always have masks on and gave us great information for our travels. We felt totally cared for and safe. And they have upped their game. The food was delectable and the beautiful plants and paintings are out of this world.

We hope to return in June and will make Oasis a part of our journey.

my mom experience, was not that wonderful as they are picturing this here.
they ask us to pay upfront for her stay, 40day to be exact they never come by and clean her room until she ask during her stay BTW only once they clean.
due to health issue, she need to leave 17 days prior to her departure.
we ask to be refunded for the 17 days that she was not going to be staying and they told us that, their policy is not refundable, $29 per night she was charge we told them no one had said that before. after several talks they said we will refund you 50% $246.50USD they stay with other portion as they claim that it was going to be hard to rent the room. Is a hotel I highly doubt that. Moral of this lesson don't pay upfront in cash in here.

Estimated. You did not stay at the hotel so your comment is very limited. Our refund policy is if it is a fault of the hotel. In addition, it must be clarified that the room that was given to her mother already had a $50 percent discount. Atte. Oasis team.

Breakfast was $8. Hotel had many rules. In by 10 pm or you are locked out for the night. Doors open at 6am. Hotel not close to restaurants or stores. Hotel old and outdated, was not worth the price. In a ok part of town but i would not want to go out at night. Its more like a monastery with their rules than a hotel. Luke warm hot water and i got electrical shocked when i went to move the plastic shower head. No gfi’s. This is not a hotel you want to stay out because of their rules. Who is the customer???

I came here for the first time 6 years ago or so and it was a great experience. I decided to go back last month for a quick trip with the family and it was also great. This time they placed my mother and I in a room with a porch. This was a nice space to enjoy the weather and see the San Salvador volcano in the distance. The decoration is typical to Salvadoran art and the cleanliness of the hotel is always superb. The breakfast was simple, traditional, and healthy. The best part of this place is the staff who are super friendly and hospitable.

I stayed here as part of a group for several nights. This is a lovely little oasis in a quiet neighborhood in San Salvador. We were lucky enough to have breakfast, lunch and dinner here and the food was outstanding! The rooms are clean and quiet and they have hot showers, which is not always the case in El Salvador. The patios are gorgeous; with paintings and flowers. The staff is so friendly and warm. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The owner and her staff take hospitality to a whole new level. Rooms are welcoming, clean, and very comfortable. The food was fresh and carefully prepared and presented. The staff gracefully accommodated our group's tremendous caffeine habit, generously refilling the coffee carafe's throughout each breakfast. The atmosphere is charming and lovely. But what really made my stay memorable, was the warmth of the staff who attended to our every arrival and departure at the doorway and sidewalk of this beautiful place, even when my flight was delayed and my travel companions and I arrived at 2:30 in the morning! I highly recommend the Oasis Hotel.

From the moment you arrive at the hotel the staff welcomes you to the Oasis. The owners, Carolina and Damian have created a comfortable place to call home in San Salvador. The rooms are private, well appointed and have their own bathrooms. The food was excellent and the location was central. I will definitely stay here my next trip to San Salvador.
