We are a new company in the hotel market but we have a vast experience in the field of tourism because of our location. We are the only ones in the center of the living Inca city of Ollantaytambo, therefore the access is pedestrian. We have spacious and modern rooms, each one with private bathroom and hot water 24 hours a day we offer american breakfast Buffet personalized we have a terrace with panoramic view of the mountains and you will surely feel at home because you will be served by the owners Juan and Elsa

Ollantaytombo is a beautiful town and The Intitambo Hotel is the perfect place to enjoy it. The manager and host, Lindsey is delightful and will do everything to make your stay prefect. She even makes the breakfast. She overheard us talking about a birthday in our group and showed up at breakfast (a Peruvian tradition) with a birthday cake--completely unexpected. And don't forget to ask about having Max show you around the area--he is the perfect tour guide. I would advise you to get directions before you arrive because it can be a little difficult to find the first time.

Very comfortable beds, spacious room, EXTREMELY clean, kind staff, very good breakfast, very accommodating, and helpful. In 2 weeks in Peru with a mix of 4 star hotels and small family run places like this, this has definitely been the best stay in Peru.

The staff here helped me get the most out of my stay in the Sacred Valley and many portions of my vacation were only successful because the family here did everything they could to make up for my lack of planning. For example, when I neglected to print my train ticket, the team sprang into action, even calling an employee in from outside the hotel to help print it before I was late for my train. The family owners are on site and tremendously helpful and giving of their time making suggestions and arranging travel even at odd hours. I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but they helped with the logistics of getting it all done in the short time I had to stay. The private transfers and tours that were arranged for me were more affordable than those offered by agencies in the city and were professional. The hotel is located in the quiet traditional part of the city just a couple minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the main square. This is a small town, but the main area is quite touristy and the hotel is just far enough away that you can choose to be part of the tourist scene or relax quietly near the hotel. You can access the hotel with a short flat walk from the main square or up 25 stairs or so from a road. The rooms are bright and clean with comfortable beds and more than enough space to spread out a bit. Bathrooms are well kept and clean and there was a nice hot shower with good water pressure. As others have said, the view from the terrace is amazing and available to all guests. Probably worth it to upgrade to a room with a door on the terrace, but I was in a regular room. Pros: Staff is amazing View from the terrace is top notch Breakfast was above average with fresh items and made to order eggs Quiet but still very convenient location Cons: Room could have had more outlets or a power strip. Not a major issue, just needed to distribute my electronics around the room to charge everything at once.

Intitambo was a wonderful find - heads and shoulders above other hotels in town and for less money too. The beds were quite comfortable, everything was spotless, hot water was plentiful and the views, especially from our third floor room, were spectacular- we could see two sets of ruins from each of our bedrooms. The spacious third floor terrace is fabulous. And the hotel is in the center of town but away from street noise and the hustle and bustle. We had such a peaceful stay. Finally, Jordan, who works at the front desk, went far above and beyond to assure we were well taken care of!

We stayed here the night before the beginning of our Inca Trail. As soon as we arrived, Jordan, the receptionist, gave us some information about places to visit and, of course, helped us with our suitcases. The room was simple, but comfortable and clean. Water from shower was hot and with good pressure. The patio on the third floor, which overlooks the Ollantaytambo Arqueological Site, is just awesome: we could have spent hours admiring the view from there. They kept our suitcases until we came back from our Inca Trail four days later, which was a great idea, since we had time to relax and visit the town a bit more. Breakfast was very good and there was water and a variety of tea available the 24 hours. Jordan was really helpful the day we left too, as he carried our luggage to the taxi that was waiting for us a block from the hotel. We had a great time! No luxuries, but great service at an excellent price!!!
