Hilton's service was disappointing this time. We registered 4 people at our arrival we got only 2 towels next day I asked for two more they didn't provide them until I asked or the 3rd time. I went to the restaurant just to enjoy a coffee at the terrace the lady did not allow me.

First, I want to THANK everyone, in Hilton Garden Inn Cusco, for the EXCELLENT customer service and dedication. Doorman: Antony, Miguel, Jean Carlos Front desk: Lucy, Gabriel, Lizandro, Diana, Erica. Restaurant service: Daive the chef Luz, Estephany, Priska, Jhonny, Luis, Eliott, Flavio My list is very long, and I apologize for the names that were missing. I want to recognize the MAGNIFICENT job of the entire team at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. You made me feel very special, and I am indebted to you for your kindness. In general, the hotel is EXCELLENT, beautiful building, restaurants gourmet food, bar and drinks oh yes, pisco Berry. Planty of relaxing areas. 100% cleanliness, elevador super efficient. Comfortable beds, pillows, and a very nice shower. After my Machu Picchu tour. I decided to visited the Meraki Spa. Definitely was the best decision . Katty, you are a ROCK. Thank you very much for releasing all the pain and relaxing muscle. Don't have a tour?. Don't worry. The hotel has a desk in the lobby, Laura is very helpful, professional, and patient, answering all my concerns besides being super responsible for clients. I had everything I was looking for: relax, comfort, quality of food, and super customer service. Easy, here is all in one. EXTRAORDINARY. Definitely RECOMMENDED. Taxi from the airport $15 soles Taxi from Plaza de Armas to hotel $ 7 soles. Worth it.

Enjoyed this Hilton hotel expecting a good quality stay. It did not disappoint. After Machu Picchu, this was a good location to decompress and acclimate to the high altitude. Beds and bathrooms were what we would expect in the USA. The location is on a hillside, and a short 10+ min walk downhill with some slight staircases to the main square and market. We took uber/taxi back uphill to the hotel. The staff is attentive and accommodating. Upon arriving in the evening the on site restaurant was convenient and the food was good. They have a cold filtered water faucet near the restaurant to easily refill water bottles. On site self serve laundry (1 washer + 1 dryer) is available by purchasing a laundry kit (tokens for the machines and detergent). Instead we opted for some laundry services just 1/2 block away from the hotel and paid by weight. Very reasonable price for wash and fold service. I would recommend this hotel to travelers.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. The location was great. We could walk downhill to the historic center and it was a fast cab ride back to the hotel. The staff is professional and courteous. Breakfast was a full array of delicious food. The beds were excellet.

We went to this hotel as part of a group tour to Machu Picchu. My husband and I ended up ill and couldn’t go with the group the next day. The hotel staff cared for us like family. They provided a pick up service to the pharmacy, checked in on us, room service all day - including outside their AM hours. It was very disappointing to miss the tour, and it helped a lot to receive the friendly and caring service. A huge thank you to the front desk team, housekeepers and food staff!!!

I read great reviews for this place specially how they consistently treated their diamond Hilton members well and thus had very high expectations from them. So I feel its my responsibility to write my review as mine did not fall to that spectrum. This seems to be a very "Your Mileage may vary" hotel. I am currently here for a 5 night stay and was got a very mediocre hotel room. No room upgrade, no view upgrade, no suite upgrade. I think this should also be a data point in the diamond reviews at this website so future diamond members can not get their expectations high. Other than that it seems like a decent hotel. Staff is friendly and sweet. Rooms are clean but very basic. Not enough American Outlets/switches. If you are someone who has many devices to charge, be sure to bring an appropriate multi plug device. I only saw the standard king room, and the "scenic room", both were average looking rooms. If you are celebrating a special occasion and are hoping for for a romantic/instagramable stay with a patio with views of the city/mountains, you will be disappointed. So in conclusion, do not raise your expectation by these amazing reviews.

I had a good stay here on two separate occasions. The lobby is nice and the location is great. The view of the mountainside is special although the windows don’t really open for you to peek out to enjoy the lights or stars at night. I sat in the courtyard a bit and the seats are very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was decent. Go for the fresh eggs. The paper coffee cups are awful, you go to take a sip and it spills right out (I happened to be wearing a white T-shirt with no time to change). I would recommend some better cups with lids. The service at the restaurant was good but I only ordered soup and it was really good. I visited the spa and the massage was excellent. Just what I need after the Inca trail. The facial was also good but there was no steaming of the pores so she couldn’t really do any extractions even though I paid for the upgraded facial. It was still a nice service though. My only complaint is that the music in the hallways is just simply too loud. I heard it while trying to relax in the spa and then heard it while I tried to sleep at night through the door. I’m not sure if they always play it because I didn’t hear it my last night but heard it the other nights. I did get overcharged on my first stay which I didn’t even realize but they balanced it out when they charged me fory second stay to just make sure to check your receipt with what price you agreed to pay when booking. Housekeeping was great. Jonatan made my room up so nice each day and I felt so bad I had no cash left at the end of my trip to leave for him and the hotel wouldn’t let me add it to my bill. At least I can say here how thankful I am at his housekeeping! Overall a nice hotel and friendly and professional staff nonetheless.

Normally I don’t write many reviews. But in this case: We stayed at the best Hilton Garden Inn we ever stayed at worldwide! First off all great recognition for beging a Hilton Honors member (in my case lifetime Diamond). Received a lovely upgrade to spacious suite. Breakfast buffet is nothing less then excellent and very extensive. Many choices for dinner also with the room service. Distance to the old city is really fair, it is about a 10 minute walk downwards. Be aware you have to be mobile to do this as the road got many steep stairs (we never walked up, but took an Uber). The best asset of this hotel is the staff though (especially I’d like to thank Jorge, Carol and for perfect cleaning Nestor, as well the very kind and welcoming person at check in on arrival Erick) In the ideal Hilton Garden Inn World all hotels should be like this one Can’t think of much negative at all, perhaps the price of the dinner items are a little higher then in the old city. We leave tomorrow and return one day after (after visiting Machu Picchu), we look forward to come back. If we visit Cusco again, we sure would stay at the Hilton Garden!

Well located just a short walk down to Plaza de Armas and either a mini uphill walk or short taxi ride back. We loved the views from this location and that it was close enough to the action, but also serene and quiet making it easy to sleep to be well prepared for the many early mornings we had during our trip. They have an onsite self service laundry facility, but they are also within walking distance from several laundry service stores that offer quick turnaround times (as little as 2 hours) and make for a way better option, we did this and it was incredibly reasonably priced and they did a great job. The staff throughout the hotel are incredibly friendly, they also provided excellent food recommendations for us. We didn’t need it since we had pre booked our tours, but The concierge also seemed to be super knowledgeable and helpful when booking tours (definitely contact the hotel in advance if you plan on booking Machu Picchu through them though because that is the trickiest thing to book if you need to book last minute). Highly recommend this hotel!

Summary: a beautiful hotel in an excellent location with terrific staff, fails to deliver the basics of what a hotel needs. The good: Staff: all very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Anthony at the front desk and Luis & Jose in the restaurant who were stand outs that went above and beyond. Location: within 10 mins walk to main square (albeit with lots of stairs) this hotel is in a quiet, elevated pocket of Cusco with excellent views. The bad: Noise/sleep quality: I did not sleep well any of the 8 nights I was here. Beds are comfortable but there is so much noise from the hallway and common areas. Raised the issue with the staff and while they were apologetic, no solutions were offered. They also did not know what ear plugs were, but thankfully I was able to source some from a local pharmacy via Rappi delivery. Every time someone left their room, the doors do not soft close so you hear a big slam and the wall shakes - as many people leave for their day trips around 3am, this was very disruptive. Through the vent in the bathroom you can hear noise from your neighbour in the next room. There is a blinking green light on the ceiling that flashes every 60 seconds, this reflects off the metallic lamp and is like a laser pointer in your eyes every minute. The green backlight from the thermostat can't be turned off, so you have a green glow on the wall all night. It's like trying to sleep on an airport runway after dark. Conclusion: If I were to return to Cusco, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
