Everything was great, clean rooms and we could add an addrional night without problems. Breakfast was fine. They helpt us with organising taxis and there is a 24h reception which is realls great as sometimes the tours starts super early in the morning. Thanks you.

We had a GREAT stay at Principe. Great location, walking distance to Plaza de Armas, great restaurants, shopping and tour guides to many day trips. Front desk was warm and friendly. They packed a lunch for us before our day trip.

I stayed in Hotel Principe III for only 2 nights on a quick trip- I was very impressed with the rooms for the price and would not hesitate to stay there again on a return trip. Location was solid- price was solid, breakfast was great. Who could ask for anything more?

We stayed at Principe for 5 days, and Principe has offered us the best service so far in our 3 weeks in Peru. The staff is truly caring and helpful, and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and tidy. Showers can be a bit unstable, and some of the rooms can be quite noisy in the morning, but it wasnt really a big issue for us.

Not sure how others have left 5 star review of this hotel. Their expectations must be very low. Some of the things we experienced during our stay at this place: 1. The hotel is dated and NOISY. 2. Rude staff. We asked for another towel and their answer was: "Only 1 towel per guest" 3. The shower alternates between scorching hot and freezing cold which makes taking a decent shower nearly impossible. Remember that the outside temperature in Cusco is usually pretty cold. 4. Maid service begins knocking on doors around 6:30am to clean the rooms. 5. Check out time is 9:00am. I have never seen a hotel with such a ridiculous check-out time. On check out day the lady at the desk basically ordered our group to be out of our rooms by 9:00am 6. They will NOT store any bags. So if your flight is later in the day, you're on your own with the bags. There are MANY other better hotels in the area similarly priced. And this area is not that great. As I said earlier, it is very noisy and trafficked. You will be much better off booking a hotel in the area of the Plaza de Armas.

We stayed here for 2 nights on 2 occasions either side of a 4 day trip. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The breakfast wasn't the best but there was always something to eat and was regularly topped up. The rooms were big with plenty of storage and clean. The only issue we had was that the sewers smelt awful and we had to keep the door to the bathroom shut.

Me and my friend enjoyed our stay at Pricipe III. The room has enough space, it's clean, the beds are confortable and the sheets are changed daily. The location is excellent as it allows you to walk anywhere in Cusco city centre/ historic centre. The breakfast was very good as it provided different options. Finally, the staff was friendly and helpful, so I would recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed here for ten days. We had such a great time. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They have an oxygen tank you're welcome to use as you acclimate to the high altitude and you have unlimited supply of coca leaves and hot water to hydrate and get used to the weather here. Our room was cleaned and we didn't have to worry about safety. The hotel is close to a artisanal market and downtown (within walking distance). Absolutely loved it!
