Very nice hotel and a few steps from the Koricancha which was where we started the first day privately. Very friendly staff and super attentive manager, the included breakfast is delicious, when children feel good parents too. They were very attentive to give us a very early check in the day we arrived by my little ones 4 and 8. Richard sends greetings to everyone, very soon we will be in Cuzco and we will surely return!!!

Before hiking the Inca Trail, my husband and I flew into Cusco to acclimate. We stayed at the Munay Wasi and it was perfect. Our room was clean and cute. The shower was good and we had daily room service. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful to get us started for the day and the location was terrific for getting to know the city. We arranged with the hotel to be picked up at the airport by taxi and taken to the hotel which was a mere $10usd. The front desk staff was very helpful and we had a great time. Thanks so much

I stayed at the Munay Wasi Inn in Cusco for a total of 5 nights - before and after a trek on the Salkantay Trail with friends. I can recommend this hotel without reservation: it is perfectly located about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Cusco and, despite being on a fairly busy road, the interior is peaceful/calm and no traffic noise can be heard in either the bedrooms (I stayed in two rooms) or the main foyer. A little road noise can be heard in the restaurant but it is not intrusive. The bedrooms are clean, spacious and cozy, and the beds very comfortable. Shower/toilet facilities are spotless. Restaurant food and breakfast excellent. But, by far, the best thing about the Munay Wasi Inn is the staff. Without exception, they are all very professional, friendly and helpful. They made all the difference to my stay. Recommended.

There was also a hotel in Nazca, but no facilities such as a refrigerator or electric kettle. You can get hot water to drink if you ask. The bathtub and bed are large, so you can relax. All the staff were kind and had lovely smiles. The restaurant where breakfast is served is on the second floor. The lineup is ordinary, with ham, egg dishes, bread, tomatoes, etc., but they are carefully prepared. The bathroom shower has maximum hot water, and the temperature in my room was just right. The bathtub is large, so you can relax in it if you're tired from traveling.

Excellent service. All the staff is very attentive, the owner is always present, the place is cozy, the rooms are comfortable, good buffet breakfast, rich and varied food in the restaurant. The first 2 days they supported us with oxygen, they advised us with suppliers of cargo transportation companies, etc.

This hotel was great for a home base for you daily trips into the villages of Peru. It’s a 5-15 min walk from all the major Plazas and historic sites in Cusco.
Hotel: Room are small compared to a US hotel but plenty of room for luggage and to move around Beds: are firm and have plenty of blankets Cleanliness: room are very clean, and so were the linens Wi-Fi: was strong enough to stream and is free Food: they have free breakfast, but it’s mostly fruit, cheese, bread and scrambled eggs (the basics) They have a restaurant on site, but a limited menu Things near: out side on the street you have about 6 restaurants, and 5 convenience stores. Makes it easy to get basics Price: mid range. More then worth it Staff: very helpful with any needs

The staff are excellent - has a family feel, you are treated like a guest and not a number. The manager Jose is simply brilliant and willing to go the extra mile; when I had an issue with an excursion he stepped in and said 'not to worry he'll speak to the 3rd party company and sort it out'; which he did. You really are in good hands; Roxanne the receptionist helped with locating different venues of interest and recommendations; always helpful and smiling. A good choice of breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and served by another friendly member of the team. Hotel is spot on for location; just 5 mins from the main square and has a great architectural look, similar to a Moroccan Riad as the rooms look into a court yard with a water fountain - lovely! Highly recommend and as mentioned the staff are fantastic - "Stay here" oh... and very reasonably priced!
