Excellent hotel. Another wonderful stay.
Our 2nd time.
Winy and Geyson are very helpful and professional.
The hotel location is central and you can take a taxi to within the City for 3-4$
We highly recommend this place. The place is very clean and homey.
Buy your water around the area as their water is very expensive.

By friends' suggestion, we stayed at "Casa Andina Premium Cusco" for two nights on October 2019, when traveling was still "normal" ... And it was a great suggestion, indeed! All went very smoothly and pleasant. Before going, remember that Cusco is about 3,400 meters above the sea level, what may be quite difficult for some people, including me. At "Casa Andina Premium Cusco", very near the reception lobby, you will find a cozy and comfortable room with free "Coca leaves tea" and oxygen - two important and needed items in helping our adaptation to Cusco's high altitude. We stayed at Room 133, which was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean (but with some stairs to climb). Hotel's staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast, included in the rate, was at international standards. "Casa Andina Premium Cusco" is located at an old Spanish colonial mansion, beautifully restored and adapted. An inner courtyard, antique furniture and "cusqueño" style paintings help bringing back the historical atmosphere! Cusco's magnificent "Plaza de Armas" is just a short walk away! Enjoy!

We checked in here for 3 nights, separated by a trip to Machu Picchu. The travel agency we booked through apparently gave us a king bed instead of 2 beds, which was not going to work. The hotel took our issue and worked with us to find a reasonable solution, though the first night was not in a very good room. Without our even asking, the manager sent us a nice bottle of wine and a beautiful appetizer spread for our troubles. They continued to check every day to be sure that everything was good. We couldn't have asked for more. Their breakfasts were very nice, and there is a beautiful courtyard for eating. We were part of a larger group, and they stored our excess luggage so we didn't have to take it all with us on our Machu Picchu leg. I would definitely stay here again!

Top rating all round for service, clean and lovely room, quiet and peaceful. A beautiful old building right in the heart of Cusco but not noisy in anyway - and I am a very poor sleeper. The staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was excellent.
We left our luggage here very safely for the few days we were up in the Sacred Valley and in Machu Picchu
Highly recommended, this is the best hotel to stay at in Cusco - I hope we will be back again some day

Disinfection on arrival, minimal occupancy, free breakfast in bed, couldn't be better. Hotel is impeccable. Personnel very friendly and accommodating. The shower is amazing! Cusco is getting back into tourism little by little and they've made a great and safe start.

My friend an I stayed as the Casa Andina Premium before and after doing the Inca Trail Trek. Our stay was outstanding. Service was excellent from every quarter, the front desk, concierge, bell staff, restaurant, bar and housekeeping. We especially appreciated the great location near the Plaza de Armas square and all the attractions. The hotel itself was very classy, clean and comfortable. The rooms and common spaces are beautifully decorated in a simple contemporary Spanish style (befitting the buildings original use as a Spanish palace), the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and modern.
Cusco is a fascinating, old City, and when touring places like it, it's nice to come in at night to a modern, clean, comfortable room!
Breakfast was a treat, a huge selection of delicious sweet and savory options served in a welcoming room or in the lovely courtyard.

We had a delightful stay at the Casa Andina Premium.
The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. After the first night, we received a survey asking us how are stay is going so far. There was a minor issue with our room, which thay resolved in less than 5 hours after filling in the survey.
We were pleasantly suprised by this.
The hotel is located in a very convenient area. walking distance from the main attractions and best restaurants.
It was also convenient that the hotel had its own cashpoint/ ATM, giving you a safe space to withdraw your money.
The hotel breakfast buffet was nice and extensive, giving you lots of options to choose from, which variated from day to day.

I would like to share my experience at Casa Andina Premium Cusco and Select Arequipa Plaza.
My bestfriend and I traveled to Peru on March 6 and stayed at the above mentioned hotels for the majority of our stay, we returned to Texas on March 14.
We wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay at these hotels, it was a much needed vacation for me as I am a first year elementary school teacher in Houston who had not taken any time off since the school year started in August.
From the beginning of our stay in Cusco, Saul and his team made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay and successful visit to Machu Picchu.
In Arequipa, we were so impressed with Yamileth's hospitality and warmth, she, Josue, Ydnina, Andrea, Durlith, Yorchi, and Alonso made us feel like honored guests! Yamileth had sweets delivered to our room when we arrived, it was a nice touch after flying in from Cusco and being exhausted from climbing Machu Picchu and Waynapicchu the day before. What also made our stay in Arequipa that much more special is that Yamileth and her team arranged for us to have our breakfast packed since we had a very early flight to catch on March 11!
At Casa Andina they know how to make guests feel valued and welcomed, we had an amazing first trip to Peru and the Casa Andina team helped in making that possible for us!

Really nice and clean hotel. We opted for the breakfast package and they really cater to tourists by opening it up at 5 am before everyone heads off to their day trips. One day we had a 4:30 am pick-up and they were nice enough to pack us a “takeaway” breakfast box. The rooms were super clean and newly renovated. They all surround two courtyards which is nice. Only negative is that sometimes you can hear other guest walking outside your room since the rooms are next to the courtyards. Very close walking distance to the main square and shops and restaurants.

Such a disappointment. On the positive side the location is good, only a few blocks away from the main square and points of interest and the breakfasts are well stocked with international and local produce. However the hotel itself has some flaws. The main part of the hotel is clearly an old traditional building which makes the public spaces interesting, however the rooms are set in a courtyard which has been styled in a rather cheap modern way which totally detracts from the charm of the rest of the hotel. The superior double rooms are not very spacious and have no character. Our fan did not work so the room was hot and the curtains did not block out the light fully so that the lighting in the outside corridor shone through into the room. Our two nights here resulted in very little sleep. There was also a mix up with our laundry. Sadly I could not recommend this hotel.

The shower in our room had a 4-6 in. edge if I am recalling it correctly. The restaurant was accessible from the courtyard, and I'm not sure. Best to email the hotel directly. I apologize for the delay in responding to your question.
Question not understood
I'm pretty sure they don't have either, They have a bar, restaurant, concierge, a shop with Peruvian wool sweaters, etc. You are at 11,000' so strenuous exercise is discouraged. I don't know if there are gyms anywhere, but I rather doubt it.
They do offer to store your luggage and oxygen is available. Walking about is as much as most people (even teenagers) can manage.
Sorry for the delay in the reply, the answer is no, didn’t see a gym near-by...
Breakfast, bar, massage/SPA, local handcraft Alpaca clothing, travel agent, concierge. Great service. Once you check-in they will call and ask about your stay, etc.
