Our stay consisted of two separate stays as we had a trek scheduled to Macchu Picchu. The hotel staff was very accommodating throughout the process including coordinating with Cusco Native for the Macchu Picchu excursion. Enrica and the entire administrative staff right up to the owner did an excellent job making sure our stay was accommodating and comfortable. The breakfast that was provided was superior to most complimentary breakfast. The fruit was very fresh and there was plenty of great breads and cereals. Aida cooked fresh omelets each morning and was very attentive to our needs. She constantly checked in to see if there was anything else we needed. Marlo was simply a breath of fresh air. Very attentive and jovial! All together the staff made this a place we will surely recommend!…
This place is amazing! So professional and well maintained, I am honestly impressed, probably the best place where I have been in Peru! The linen is good quality, the hot water arrives fast, the soap they provide is soft and nice, and, most of all: THE MASSAGE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! One of the best, if not the best of my life. This lady is a true professional, she knew exactly where to put pressure, I could feel the tense spots she was treating, she was strong and really made the necessary efforts unlike some other place where ladies vaguely rug you. I absolutely loved it!!!
The service and amenities are amazing! Beds are super comfortable - the entire facility is spotless! The hotel staff is super accommodating as we were touring with a group, to hike Machu Picchu- the hotel stored our luggage while we only took what we needed. At every turn they were so very helpful. The breakfast is the best we found anywhere on our entire trek- Aida is incredible.
Casa San Blas was my landing spot for my trip to Cusco. I appreciated the fact that they had an oxygen machine. Third trip to Cusco but first time I needed oxygen. Hotel staff was very helpful and caring. Location is central to good restaurants and shopping.
The location of Casa San Blas is ideal. Situated in a quiet corner of the friendly neighborhood of San Blas and just a short walk down to the the historic center of Cusco. Convenient to good restaurants, coffee shops, San Pedro Market and touristic sites. The staff was friendly and welcoming, our room was cozy and comfortable and the outdoor patio was a nice place to unwind after a day of walking up and down the steps of Cusco.
Great central location very friendly and helpful staff in small hotel . Lovely chill out area on top floor Great base for Cusco really enjoyed it Have to book time for breakfast as small area to accommodate everyone but plenty of time’s available Tea and purified water everywhere in hotel A steep set of stairs to access the hotel and roadworks on when we were there so check you can get to the door by car If that’s a problem
We stayed at Casa San Blas Boutique for a total of 6 nights. We loved it so much the first 3 nights that we came back after 4 days away and stayed another 3 wonderful nights. Sofia and Enrique at the front desk were very warm and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed. Aida in the kitchen and breakfast room was always cheerful. She made my eggs perfect everytime. Joel, Frank and Marco all helped us with our luggage and made sure we had hot water bottles in our bed everynight. Irma and Cecil took care of our room and did a wonderful job. Casa San Blas Boutique is in a great location. Just a few yards up the hill from Plaza de Armas, restaurants and shopping and a nice leisurely walk from San Pedro Market. If ever we go back to Cusco, we would definitely stay there again. Highly, highly recommended! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!! …
This hotel was excellent overall. - Location: very central in the historic district of Cusco. Near the key tourist sites, restaurants, stores. - Service: absolutely terrific. Marco and others on the staff attended to all of our needs. They were extremely personable and made out stay extra enjoyable. - Rooms: awesome! Really interesting loft layouts. The rooms also had unforgettable views of the mountains of Cusco.
Aida was our breakfast server. She was delightful and professional! Beautiful facility, friendly staff, lots of things to walk to - market, cathedrals, restaurants and bars. Hot water bottles at night were a nice touch. Great water pressure. Everything was clean and safe! History of building is fascinating. Terrace has a beautiful view of sunset and city.
We stayed at Casa San Blas for 3 nights before and 2 nights after our Inca Trail experience. They were very helpful with all our needs….early starts, laundry, provision of breakfast boxes, storage of luggage etc. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Aida makes tasty eggs or omelettes on request and is a smiley face to great us in the breakfast area in the mornings. The position was most convenient ……a short walk Plaza de Armas de Cuzco. There are some fabulous restaurants in the area We recommend Chia Vegan Restaurant, Pachapapa, Qura Vegetarian restaurant and Incanto to name a few! We loved Cusco and surrounds…so much to enjoy! Thank-you for hosting us
