I stayed here for two nights in early September as part of a tour group. The hotel is in a busy area of town and right on a main road but the room wasn't too noisy at night for me (though I always use white noise). Speaking of my white noise, it's water sounds and apparently the people in the room next door complained that there was a leak in my room. I was awoken by a phone call from the front desk in the middle of the night asking me if my shower was on! So I guess the walls are thin, though I never heard anyone else.

The hotel is about a 5-10 minute cab ride from the main plaza. The area the hotel is in is very busy and not particularly scenic per se, but I never felt unsafe. There's a convenience market right across the street, and two ATMS about a ten minute walk away. I never felt the altitude, but I did take altitude medicine before arriving. I was in a tour group of 16, and about 3 or 4 of them felt it though, and it knocked them down a bit. Just be aware it can happen, Cusco is at 11,000 feet.

Back to the hotel! The staff was fantastic and very friendly, the room looked new and clean, the shower was warm, the bed was comfy, the hotel's restaurant was good, no complaints. Only one quirk- the lights on the hotel floors turn off automatically at night, then require motion activation to turn back on. So if you get up and go out into the hallway late it's a bit creepy to start with. But good for saving energy. I would stay here again.

Not always you can find quiet and comfort when youā€™re away. But Hotel Agustos in Cusco does offer that sense of being safe and at home. It isnā€™t just for the comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. It is the extra miles that the hotel staff are running to take care of you.

If you just returned from walking the Inca Trail, or if you came from to attend relative in the nearby hospital, in Hotel Agustos you can be sure you will recover. My wife stayed at the hotel for six nights, during an intense week besides her mother at the hospital.

We are very grateful for the care and support the hotel staff have provided. Whenever we will need to stay in Cusco, we will surely return to Hotel Agustos.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Augustoā€™s! The Best Part about it was the staff, especially Zoranda, who was so accommodating friendly and welcoming! They let me switch my room when mine was a bit claustrophobic for Me because of the limited view and the new room had a spectacular view! I was and am so grateful for that! Though I did not eat there, the drinks I had were great and I enjoyed the authentic Cusco ambience of the Hotel Lobby and Bar area, as well as My Room!

Al in all not a Luxury Hotel with too many amenities, but when youā€™re in Cusco, Peru youā€™re not in your room much anyway, I should hope! The thing is, Hotel Agusto will take great care of You, especially the receptionist Zoranda, who I loved talking to about Cusco, and Her asking me about my country and life! Such a lovely Person! I Highly recommend this Hotel for a lovely and convenient stay!

I was surprised at this accommodation since I arrived. I stayed only one night visiting the Sacred Valley. You arrive and the reception is very friendly and effective, you are accompanied to the room by the beautiful gardens of the hotel, you live a peace, silence and incredible tranquility to rest totally. The room mentions apart, huge super comfortable with spectacular views of the gardens. The hotel restaurant is very good. You can walk to the village. All great. Don't hesitate to see him. I recommend!

Amazing staff and very clean. Ofelio helped us most of the time and was the best and so helpful! We went on a few excursions and they were very attentive to getting us a boxed breakfast and storing our baggage. We also ate at the restaurant and highly recommend the grilled chicken meal.

Having stayed at the delightful Agustos in Urubamba I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. The location was very much downtown and on an extremely busy road near the hospital. I felt unsafe at night and it was difficult finding anywhere to eat. The staff were all lovely however the bar was never open. I would recommend the hotel if it was in a different location.

I had a decent stay at this hotel in Cusco. However, the location wasnā€™t perfect but because it was packaged in a tour, I was okay with it. I had to take a taxi back and forth to go to the center of Cusco. The staff was great. I had some altitude sickness and they provided me an oxygen tank free of charge. I just had to pay for the mask. The breakfast could have been better. I just had boiled eggs.

We really love the services especially Zorayda.
The room is not up to what we expected but at least we had been served great. Towels are kind of old, shower is so so, the sink was blocked but staff came real quick to solve the issue.
The hotel is situated in good area.

Helpful and friendly Staff.
Located on a corner with busy road. The decor is a bit tired but clean and everything worked .. Few restaurants adjacent but a relatively short taxi ride to the Old Town. Cocoa leaf and hot water for tea (to help with altitude sickness)) available 24/7
