We contacted hotel at last minute about ride from airport and they quickly arranged for a taxi service to pick us up. They directed us to the bus to Cusco and kept our bags for 2 nights while we went to Machu Picchu. The location is right in the city center so it is a little noisy at night but we slept in a comfortable bed.

Good hotel, located 50m from the main plaza and restaurants and shops. Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast on the 4th floor, with views of the rooftops, is a pretty good start to the day. Offers coca tea to help acclimatize to the altitude. The rooms overlooking the street can be a bit noisy. Water is priced at S/.5 in the hotel room, but you can fill up your bottle in the lobby for free. Leaving our luggage with the hotel concierge while we did our trip to Machu Picchu was easy and secure. Loved it's proximity to the main square.

Thank you for the review of Casa Andina Standard Cusco Plaza. It's great to hear you had a good experience with helpful staff, a pleasant breakfast, and convenient location. The offer of coca tea is a nice touch for altitude adjustment, and the luggage storage service adds convenience. Sorry to hear about the noise from street-facing rooms. Enjoy your travels! Greetings, Carlo Lozano Hotel Manager

During our stay in Cusco we found Casa Andina to be perfect for our family. The staff was very helpful, from getting all of our luggage to the hotel (there was a parade going on so streets were closed), to assisting with getting adjacent rooms. The hotel was clean, equipped and the included breakfast was just right. The location is close to everything we wanted to do. Great stay, highly recommended.

What a disappointing stay. I could not sleep all night from the noise. Walls are paper thin. On top of that, 6:45am they knocked on our door, asking to clean the room. At 6:45am ?!?!?!? Five minutes later 6:50am the reception called us to asked us if the previous customers who stayed in our room, can come and collect something they forgot in the safe. At 6:50am they wanted to let someone in our room while sleeping???? I clearly said on the phone, NO, when we wake up and get ready, the lady can come with us in the room and take whatever she forgot. As soon as we hung up the phone, The lady is knocking our door asking to enter, although I have already denied at the reception the let a stranger in our room at 6:50am in the morning while we are sleeping. This is an unacceptable service and letting us so disappointed, especially after loving casa andina in the valley, we have canceled any further casa andina stays during our holidays in Peru. Very disappointed.

We appreciate the attention provided by all the staff at Casa Andina Standard Cusco Plaza, I highlight the location, accessible to everything you need. The comfort of the rooms, spacious and with plenty of space for suitcases. The breakfast is very good. The hygiene is excellent. As a recommendation to families who visit, the room we took for 3 (2 adults and a 10-year-old girl) does not have an additional bed, it is a King bed. The 3 of us slept very well. But it was not what we considered when hiring it for Take off.Nor does the 10% additional fee at the hotel, taking off puts it in very fine print. We would definitely return to the chain for its excellent service, but hiring directly.

Staff made our stay excellent ... booking shuttles, storing luggage and creating a warm and hospitable environment. Location, breakfast, water-bottle filling station, wifi, lobby lounge and mainfloor bathrooms made the hotel a great jumping off/stopping in point for all our Cusco adventures.

We had a lovely stay in April with a family of 4, two children ages 9 and 14. We booked a traditional triple room, and it exceeded our expectations. It was basically two rooms joined together. One side had a queen sized bed, and the other had two twins, and each side had their own TV. You can't beat the location - just a block away from the main plaza, but far enough away that noise was never an issue. Tons of great restaurants all around. All of our windows faced interior atria so we could open them to let in fresh air and it was never noisy. Every morning was a lovely and generous buffet breakfast, and there is always hot tea available in the lobby. Very clean, outstanding housekeeping and front desk service. The front desk helped us arrange a taxi driver to take us to Sacsayhuaman and wait there for us while we explored the ruins. If we returned to Cusco, I would not stay anywhere else.

We stayed in Casa Andina Cusco Plaza, Casa Andina Punto, Casa Andina Miraflores, Casa Andina Aquas Calientes. I highly recommend these hotels for the cleanliness, customer service, breakfast buffet and value. Ruben, at the front desk, provided exceptional customer service. It was my daughter’s birthday the day we returned to the hotel and he arranged to have her cake delivered, even after the bakery was closed. It was in the room waiting for us!

Our family of four stayed in this hotel twice and both time only had the best experience with accommodation, breakfast and services. The hotel is very well located and within walking distance are multiple places worth visiting including the main square with Cathedral, San Blas neighborhood, San Pedro’s market, Qorikancha, multiple museums, restaurants and shops. Every morning from your breakfast table right under the roof of the hotel you enjoy a spectacular view of the front of the Cathedral over the roofs of the houses under you. What a start of a day in this beautiful mountain city!

They have tea always available at the lobby. There is no tea or coffee maker in the room itself but you can always call to request for hot water if you would like to make coffee or tea of your own.
