I had an overnight bus from Puerto Maldonado to Cusco and just wanted a place to take a nap and shower in the morning before jumping on the train to Cusco. There was some slight confusion trying to explain my arrival and departure but it all worked out fine. The location is a bit far from the touristy areas but it was close to where the bus dropped me off (walking distance) and that was the priority. The warm shower was awesome, and the room was comfy and clean. The person at the desk was also helpful in answering my questions about restrictions given I was there on a Sunday!

My stay at this Bed & Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The property is small and quiet. Nice gardens. Wonderful and helping staff. Secured premises. The manager Constantino a great host and helped in booking my tours. As a hospitality and travel expert for 35 years, I would definitely recommend this property. A bit noisy on the outside but that is out of the hotel’s control and totally understanding.

The place is about 10 minutes from Plaza del Armas, where more or less is a starting point for touring. The Hotel is safe, no need to worry about shady characters here. What makes the place what it is, is the employees. They deserve special mention, Hilda, Julius, and Maria Isabel. They make a good place, great. The owner was always around. Answered all questions, very personable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Cusco.

The Staff are amazing, they are very polite and organized. The rooms are clean and comfortable ! The breakfast is great. I have a problem with the bathroom and they resolved as soon as I asked ! It is around 10 minutes from downtown and the taxi is always 5 or 6 soles. I absolutely recommend this hotel !

Simple, small, clean, motel quality ( but not a motel ) good for short-time stay. Small rooms, shared bathroom, but everything is quiet. The is not Historical Centro, but residential area. I found it secure even at night ( which is not quite true for every area outside in Cuzco ). The Historical Center 10 minutes away on taxi, taxis are cheap and easily available in Cuzco ( 5-6 soles one way, i.e 2$), the budget price of hotel compensates well. On return some drivers don't know exactly the location, you need to show them the map that hotel stuff will provide for you. I found it to be of no problem. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. They speak little English, but generally they can understand you in most cases and try to be very helpful. Contrary to what cheapoair website said, they don't have safe box, not in the room, nor lobby. But this is a family run hotel, they are all one family, and I felt secure leaving my money and documents inside my bag. Nothing happened. They provide pick up in the airport, I would recommend it. They have not a real restaurant, but few tables, where you can order sandwiches, coffee etc. There are not many restaurants around, I found only one, two streets away. But again, you can easily get to the city center and choose what you want. Food in Cuzco is good and not expensive. To order tours, or change money, you need to go to the Center too, that's some of inconvenience, but really small. Generally, you come to Cuzco not to stay much inside hotel, but to go around, see places. For this purpose this small hotel is convenient place to sleep.

We had a larger group and took up 3 rooms. They were extremely accomodating and even showed us the other room options when we arrived so we could pick the most suitable grouping. Right away they offered us tea and use of the kitchen to relax and once we were settled in, went over the area and taxi situation with us. Breakfast was simple and very nice - fresh squeezed OJ, soft rolls with butter and jam, also ham and cheese, scrambled eggs, and tea or instant coffee. Obviously this is not the Ritz, but for the price, we were extremely comfortable. Each employee we interacted with went out of their way to be helpful even though there was a large language barrier

The staff and owners on site are terrific . They welcomed my son and I as family . Clean rooms , Hot tea and a central den TV and room TV . Breakfast was served on our nice clean personal table and it was tasty : eggs as you want fresh bread , juice , tea or coffee , cheese and ham . Yummy . They have bottle water on site and laundry service for around $7 a large load and came back smelling fresh and clean . The staff also has taxi and connections of area. I will come back again . Staff treats guests as family .

Stayed here 2 nights for the New Years. Very basic but clean room although there was a strange smell. The best part of the hotel- the ladies that work there: very helpful (getting taxis, giving directions) and kind. We also got a late check out. It's a bit far from the center but it's only 5soles to get to the plaza de armas.

This small, family run hotel in Cusco is an absolute charmer. The rooms aren't fancy or huge, but they are comfortable and clean. What really sets this place apart is the level of service the owners provide. They give you a great map to start your tour of Cusco, can make recommendations for you and so much more. What impressed me the most was that my train from Machu Pichu broke down and I arrived at the train station nearly 2 hours later than expected. I didn't think the driver from the hotel would still be there, but sure enough, he was waiting there for me. Incredible. I would highly recommend this cute, family run establishment.

This hotel is situated an inexpensive taxi ride from downtown Cusco. By North American standards, the area may appear run down, but I encountered no problems and never felt unsafe. The hotel has modern touches, is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Wi-Fi was free and worked very well. Breakfast was included and was definitely well above average. Most hotel staff did not speak English but were very warm, kind, welcoming, and helpful. I was offered a hot cup of coca tea upon my arrival and the front-desk attendant helped me order a pizza as restaurants nearby were closed. Even when I needed a taxi, staff made sure to walk me to the taxi and ask the driver how much he will charge me before the trip even began. These little touches of service went a long way. For those who aren't looking for luxury but want a comfortable sleep, a clean property, and good value, this hotel provides all three and more.
