I stayed for 6 nights. The place is very quiet and tidy. There is always hot water and the room is also warm, we do not go cold. After doing tours all day, you could sleep and rest super well. They always had hot water for a relaxing night bath. And you could make yourself a tasty tea before bed. The reception staff, Joseph and Rocio were always attentive to what we needed. In case you have to go on a tour before 6 am, which is the time you start breakfast, they prepare a bag with a snack so that you do not run out of food. Breakfast seemed very delicious, there was always a lot of variety of fresh and delicious fruits, eggs to taste, coffee, tea, chocolate, juices, cereals, yogurt. The young man attending during breakfast very attentive. The chef always worried that nothing is missing. There is a viewpoint on the 3rd floor and you can see the sunset.

The Los Apus viewpoint hotel is located very close to the main square of Cusco, just a 5-minute walk away.
The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and always willing to help you with whatever you need.
Unfortunately we were not able to have breakfast on any day at the hotel itself, because the two nights we stayed we had booked excursions that made us get up very early. Despite this, they were very kind and both days they prepared a breakfast box for us to take with us on the excursion.
Our room was on the first floor and had a very large bed, it was very clean and had a very comfortable bathroom, since on the left side was the toilet, in the central part the sink and on the right a shower. The floor is made of very comfortable wood, as is the bed.
The hotel has a lot of security, since the door is always closed and you need to ring the bell to be opened. In addition, in the entrance area there is a hall with tables and chairs where you can help yourself to tea whenever you want.
For all these reasons, it is a hotel that we recommend and we have been very comfortable in all aspects.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel & Mirador Los Apus! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. I was impressed by how clean everything was, and the housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in their work.
The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. Every morning, I was greeted with a delicious selection of fresh, hot options that catered to a variety of tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day!
Overall, our expectations were exceeded. Clean rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and a staff that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. A special shoutout to Rocio who was very helpful in helping us with our delayed baggage. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

We booked this hotel reading great reviews and decided to stay here for 3 nights. We had asked (already from Reservation) for an early check in at dawn because we had a tour that left very early; but on our arrival the room was not ready and we had to wait a long time before receiving it. At the reception there was a guy who didn't know anything about it and in the end we got the impression that we had been given a "posterous" room of service on the ground floor (behind the reception) so we also had little privacy. Breakfast is in a potentially nice location, in the middle of the hotel lobby but there is nothing sweet (except bread and jam - of one kind). For the rest c is only salty choice but does not vary. The hotel also has the option of having you prepare a takeaway breakfast if you have an early morning tour/excursion. (Appreciated) Beautiful rooftop terrace with a bar but unfortunately not used. Friendly but not efficient staff. Therefore I believe that the quality / price has not lived up to our expectations. A little disappointing..

Really great stay at Los Apus. The location was perfect, 10 minutes walk from the center, but the area around the hotel also offered a lot in terms of cafés, shops and restaurants which were only a few minutes walk away. Our room was quiet and was well kept (cleaning was really great!). Above all, the staff and service was the best! They were really helpful with giving tips and always made sure we had breakfast packed for our daytrips. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was excellent too! The staff was even able to arrange a -free- transport from the airport to the hotel on short notice from our side - which was very much appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again once we return to lovely Cusco!

The only thing of interest is the location. Old and malfunctioning room and services, if you have a problem with the bathroom they give you a pacifier to unclog because they do not have maintenance equipment or at most the lady reception offers to unclog it. There are rooms that are door to door with “FLAMMABLE GAS Danger” cupboards and tea say it is totally correct in Peru facilities like this, also when ordering BATH GEL the same answer is not used gel in Peru and according to say never any client requests it 🤔. They claim to have soundproofed rooms but all further from reality. If you are going to claim the only answer is “”we are very sorry”, period I think the only two hotel employees are trained not to answer any complaints. Even the manager (Mr. Antoine) who was apparently on the road would not talk to us when Miss Reception called him. Finally we managed through Booking to leave the hotel for 2 days and get the rest of the nights refunded. In short bad and poorly managed hotel do nothing to give an optimal service does not even reach Inn, and let's not talk about breakfast to not extend more, anything varied and / or correct. Reservation initially from 17 to 22 September 2024. I honestly don’t understand that it is listed on Booking and less so with that Rating maybe it was in that week that the stars came together to be all negative and nefarious. My sincerest apologies to Miss Reception because I understand that she is not responsible for the mismanagement or non-management of the owner Mr. Antoine. M.A.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had an exceptional experience! The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore Cusco’s main attractions on foot. The staff were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—they even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The included breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to kickstart the day. For those with early morning plans, the hotel thoughtfully arranges packed breakfasts, which is incredibly convenient. The terrace is another highlight, offering stunning views that make it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
This hotel is a true gem and provides excellent value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco—you won’t be disappointed!

The hotel is located in a strategic position for moving around Cusco, while remaining away from busy streets. It is a small hotel (20 rooms) with a kitchen, which we were able to appreciate when they returned too late at the end of the day. The staff is very kind: for our birthday they surprised us with a delicious cake for breakfast. If you plan excursions before breakfast time, they will let you find a sandwich and fruit to take away.

I felt very comfortable, everything is picobello clean, the staff is very friendly and wants you to have a good time. I slept very well as the windows and doors are extra soundproof doors/windows. Hot water comes out of the shower immediately, which I did not have in any of the small hotels in Peru. Breakfast is also very good: Fresh fruit (4 varieties), three different fresh juices, guacamole, great toasted rolls, coffee, tea and scrambled eggs/omelette/fried eggs freshly made if you want. Even the small roof terrace is nice if you want to sit outside in peace. I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart!

Loved our stay at the Hotel & Mirador Los Apus. Wish Trip Advisor would correct the name of the place, because it's confusing when you go to look it up elsewhere. Mirador means "view" and Los Apus roughly equates to "mountain spirits" in Quechan. From the second floor balcony and rooftop patio you have gorgeous views of the mountains and rooftops of Cuzco. The rooms are all a little different. Many are interior rooms with windows that open technically into the building, which provides for nice airflow and natural light, while at the same time creating a buffer from the city noise. I had read some reviews complaining about how noisy it was, but our experience (X-mas Day and surrounding days) was the complete opposite. Between us and our kids, we experienced 3 different rooms on 3 different floors. All were very quiet. The staff are lovely and very accommodating and communicative. Breakfast was wonderful... you get to order your eggs how you like them. Perfect location walking distance to the main squares, museums, and best restaurants (Kus Kay, LIMO). Great great value.

It would be room #201 with its own balcony, it is still free at the time. Please make your reservation ASAP as it is the only room in which we could place 3 twin beds.
Have a great week-end.
