Detailed Reviews
I have just returned from a 2 week holiday in Peru and stayed here for 4 nights. I found it a very pleasant place to stay with no complaints at all. Great location with everything you want within walking distance.Internet cafe`s,shops, restaurants and bars all on the same street with many more in Playa del Armes the main square which is 5 mins walk from the front door. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable, although front rooms can be a little noisy with the traffic, rooms at the back have fantastic views of Cusco and The Andes. The staff are very pleasant and friendly and most speak very good English. The food is great and don`t miss breakfast you won`t have to eat again for the rest of the day. I stayed in 4 hotels whilst in Peru and this was my favourite,if I ever return to Peru and Cusco in particular I would make this hotel the first on my list to stay.

We stayed at the hotel twice, on both ends of our trip to the Sacred Valley. Our first room was an interior one opening to the light court - just ok, lots of noise from the lobby. The second room opening to the outside with views of the city and mountains was nicer. Staff was not especially friendly. Breakfast was good and included coca tea to help with the altitude. The location just 2 blocks from the plaza is great, and some of the best restaurants are even closer

Fab location. Very nice hotel. Large room. Cusco is a beautiful city and it was nice to collapse into a huge bed after a busy day.
This was probably one of the best hotels we stayed at during at trip to Peru.

Wow. What a beautiful hotel. We somehow got a room on the third floor which had a fire place in It and the bathroom had a really nice spa bath. It was a very cosy, relaxing room.
The foyer area is substantial with room to sit and relax.
The restaurant caters for all tastes and is open at 0445 in the morning which is great for early starts.
Location is excellent, being close to Plaza de armas which is a must do in Cusco.
The only downside was the constant traffic noise which included the honking of car horns all night. I don't know if this would have improved if we had got a room as far from the street as possible but it would be something we would ask for next time.

I stayed here with my study abroad group for a few days in May and absolutely loved it! The breakfast was perfect and complimentary. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff was very accommodating to put up with our group. They even stored our luggage for us while we went to Machu Picchu.

I was relocated here as the hotel I had booked was being renovated (I didn't find out this information until I arrived with my suitcase from the airport!). The first room they offered me was dreadful - dark and dingy with no window, but when I asked for a room with a balcony (as I'd booked at the other hotel) they immediately showed me to a better room which had a window and balcony. Having said that, the room was still quite small, tired and a bit dark. It was also not well sound-proofed and there was constant traffic noise throughout the night and early morning, and was rather cold - though an electric heater was supplied.
Staff here are very pleasant and helpful, but the breakfast was not good at all and most days I went elsewhere for my breakfast.
