This beautiful Colonial style hotel is one of the most elegant, authentic and carefully designed. The hospitality is 10 pot of 10. The attention to detail is astounding. The restaurant has one of the best chef’s in South America. Executive Chef Jonathan surprised us every time with his ingenuity. Again 10 out 10 Eusebio and Sarita made sure our meals were served with pleasure and a beautiful smile. Thank you for a beautiful experience. I will make sure I come for second visit soon

Great location (a block and 1/2 from Plaza de Armas), incredibly friendly and helpful staff, comfort, elegance, history and a wonderful courtyard for the buffet breakfast or lounging. Over and above this, there are several free activities the hotel offers, including meeting alpacas, a cooking class, pisco sour class, a tour of the historic parts of the hotel, etc. We spent a total of 5 nights here during our recent trip to Peru; would love to stay here again. Special thanks to Freddy who conducted the pisco sour class (we took it twice!) and Jesus, who led us on the hotel history tour and did a great job explaining the centuries of history underlying the convent-turned-hotel. Worth it.

With all the comforts of a modern 5 star hotel but rich culture and history, this hotel is a must. Rooms and facilities are impeccably clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for exploring the old city. Service is outstanding - the team learned our names and preferences and went above and beyond to ensure us a wonderful stay, particularly the breakfast staff. The courtyard is beautiful and you can enjoy an evening in with Pisco Sour lessons with Freddy and a great tour of the buldings history, including Inca ruins right on site, with Wendil. All this, plus a few pisco sours, the pool and Alpaca petting is included, making it more than worth the price. Don't stay anywhere else!

My friend set up massages with Carmen at the Marriott. The masseuse was exceptional. The room was clean, there were essential oils to choose from, and best of all-the massage table was heated. The hotel greeter ensured we made it the spa and walked us to it. He also checked our bags for a few hours while we were in the spa.
