A great experience, clean rooms, with heating for those cold days, internet and television, restaurant service that although it does not have a wide variety of dishes, what they offer is very delicious and at a very affordable price, it also has a bar with a beautiful view of all of Cusco. The location is somewhat far from the center of Cusco but you can get there quickly by bus or if you prefer walking. The staff is very friendly, always attentive to the guest's needs. Without a doubt, an excellent place to spend your stay in Cusco.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and spacious. Staff is extremly friendly and helpful. The restaurant is superb and well priced. Drinks are well priced and there is a rooftop bar overlooking the city with an incredible view. The rooms, however, mostly overlook the central hallway with no outside windows. Also, if you open the bathroom lever window you can very clearly hear your neighbor. The location is 20 minutes walk outside the city center in one of the surrounding hills. It is a nice walk down to the center of the city but, especially due to the elevation, it is not very easily walkable back. The cabs and/or bus are extremly cheap and readily available. Overall was a very good experience.

We felt at home at this hotel. Its facilities are beautiful. From our arrival the staff was very friendly with us. The rooms are impeccable, very comfortable and very nice and the detail of the sweets and the menu with which we were received made us very happy. We were very pleased to have hot water in the room each time we returned to the hotel so we could prepare infusions, coffee or tea. The high-speed internet is great. We requested taxis to get down to the city and they provided the service. The restaurant in the buffet and in the à la carte service prepares delicious food and the attention of the boy in the afternoons who attends the restaurant is exceptional, his attention left us happy. We will return without hesitation as it has been one of Top-rated hotels we have visited for its quality and warmth. Finally say that we loved your pets.

The hotel is decent in appearance and the staff is friendly. I had an issue with the fact that they did not even bother to empty garbage in the bathroom especially considering toilet papers are not to be flushed in Cusco. They also left the half used soap and shampoo from the previous guest right where the guest left them in the shower. For major oversights like these, I would say that the hotel is way overpriced at $40/$50 per night per person. I was also unable to flush the toilet en the morning as no water was flowing to the tank. I reported it, but up until the moment I checked out, the issue was still not addressed. Really only rating it average because the staff was pleasant and they had a variety at breakfast.

The hotel provided us with a good 6-day stay in Cusco. Very clean room, heater with temperature control, very hot water, new and soft bed linen, as well as bath towels. The restaurant part was a special find, as it was better than some restaurants in Cusco. The pumpkin cream and ceviche are wonderful. The hotel staff was attentive and courteous. On the days we left very early for the tour, they made a box lunch for us to eat in the van (just let reception know the day before that there will be an early tour and they will have it ready). Thermos bottle with heated water and teas in the room, every day, as well as at reception. The downside is that getting to/from Plaza de Armas on foot is far, but Uber was good at any time and cost 8 soles a ride. Ask for a room with a bathtub, it will help you a lot to relax when you return from sightseeing 😅

We spent a week here. The hotel was perfect for relaxing, with a lovely room with a balcony, very bright, clean and modern. Every afternoon they brought a teapot, which we appreciated. Laundry was very inexpensive. As I was ill, I ate in the restaurant every day, which serves very fine dishes and caters to requests. We grew fond of Fredy and Veronica. When booking, you have to be aware that it is in an upscale area and that it is best to take a taxi to the center (around 10 Sol). The center is within walking distance, but there are lots of dogs. We would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, everyone very attentive, very clean Carlitos at the bar always giving his best in explaining the pisco and in the preparation. The only thing is that it is not so close to the center but that is a plus because you can sleep without noise. Also, the restaurant has a great variety. Try cheese cake deli. I loved it.

The hotel is more beautiful than the pictures. All the people who work there, but especially John, Angelica and Andy are extremely friendly and helpful.
The only point to mention is that it is located a little far from the center but the bus that goes up and down costs 1 sun per person and leaves you in the center only 10 minutes. The services of the hotel are impeccable, the food of the restaurant is delicious and has a bar on the top floor that is also very well armed.

This hotel is very clean, has nice staff, and in the kitchen a big shutout to Keni and Veronica. Their chicken and pumpkin soup are out of this world! Especially if you are sick because of the altitude.
They all smile and are very solicited to please your needs.
However, the building is far (20 minutes by tax $10),it is noisy too and I guess is the construction plant. You can hear bathroom load and what people talks.
They have a rooftop and they had a party when I was here it was very loud and they finished at 11:00 pm. After you walk up early like 3-4 am to go to the tours, you really want to get back and sleep well. About pick up from the tourist traveling agency the service it is impeccable. They prepare your lunch and leave up to the front! Great!!! Ready to go!
Other than that it is 3 stars hotel. It has a ok breakfast too.

The place is very nice, the beds are very comfortable, as well as the pillows. The bathroom has a tub which gives you an extra opportunity to use some good bath salts from the salt flat. They also have a bar on the top floor with a stunning view.
First-class service, from the girls at the reception to the kitchen staff.
The restaurant's food was delicious, as well as the drinks, some of the best pisco sours we have ever tried.
Without hesitation we would return and we highly recommend it.
A tip from the main square to the hotel, a taxi charges between 7 to 10 soles.
