Excellent stay in Cusco. Super close walk to the Plaza de Armas (10 to 15 min walk) with some great restaurants and small stores nearby. The hotel staff, especially Richard Cruz Castro, have been so welcoming and helpful. The room service is also great and they make sure to tidy up and freshen up your room while you're out exploring. The breakfast was phenomenal! Seriously really nice menu to choose from and some unlimited coffee, juice, teas, bread, cheese, etc. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for value and comfort!

Good hotel, it is well located from the city center (15 mins walk from the Plaza de Arma / 7 mins walk from the Mercado San Bras : a great place for lunch) plus the location on the hill side gives a nice view of the city.

The rooms are clean, hot water 24h, window with double isolations and a heating system in the room which is a real game changer especially in the night.

The staff are really nice and caring especially the manager. We had a really pleasant time there.

Thanks again for your service.

It has been an incredible experience staying at the GOLDEN INCA hotel, located very close to businesses and places to shop. The first thing I can share is to see each room that has feather sheets, impeccable duvet covers, heating, refrigerator and table to have a coffee. The administrator Richard Cruz Castro was always aware of us (my daughter, husband and myself). My husband felt very sick one day when we were going to go on a tour, and we left him at the hotel because we knew that they would be attentive to everything he required and that was the case. We don't say “Goodbye” but “See you soon”
100% recommended hotel.

Highly recommended, the hotel has stable Wi-Fi 24 hours a day, I really liked that they have a dryer, heating all night and hot water all day. The rooms are always impeccable, the excellent semi-buffet breakfast included with a la carte dishes, with a beautiful view from the dining room. The perfect location 10 minutes from the center

The hotel is excellent, it has immediate hot water, heater, free filter mate at reception and each floor of the hotel. The breakfast is very good, we were really impressed, you have to choose and order. We loved it. The location is really special, it is 10 minutes from the center of Lima. We recommend it with closed eyes.

We have been here 2 times in the same period (July 2022). There is a good hot shower with enough pressure. The bed is very good. Cleaning is every day of you like it. Breakfast is good, we had fruit, cake, break, avocado, choice of egg preparation, juice and ofcourse coffee and tea. They start at 6 for breakfast, so of you have a tour, you can also eat breakfast. Richard cruz castro is the manager, he wanted to make sure everything was good. The reception was always there. We also could store our luggage for 5 days when we were doing a trip. And when we came back, the luggage was at the room we have booked. Very good hotel! The only thing that is not so great is the wifi.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is conveniently located near the center hub and only a 10-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The staff's kindness and helpfulness stood out to me. The room was immaculately clean, without a trace of dust. The breakfast, which is served buffet-style, was delicious, and the breakfast room offered a superb view. I particularly appreciated that they provided tea and infusions on every floor, available for guests to help themselves at any time. Although I initially planned to stay for only three nights, I now wish to extend my stay for a longer period. Mr. Richard Cruz Castro, the responsible administrator, was exceptionally kind and checked in with the guests in the morning. Lastly, I must mention that they went above and beyond by providing information on good restaurants and assisting with taxi bookings for their clients.

Excellent option for families. The Family Suite room was a great option since they have separate rooms.
Breakfast is very varied and even has a menu with 5 options. Hot water 24/7. Highly recommended.
Thanks to Mr. Richard Cruz Castro who always took good care of us and is very flexible.
💯 Percent we return again!

Our stop in Cusco was part of a larger 6 month trip so in general, we have been avoiding tours and making most plans on our own. Having said that, there are so many options for Machu Pichu, and the gentleman at the little tour desk in the lobby was immensely helpful. If we were booking tours, I would have used him. Oyantantambo was a favorite stop for us in the Sacred Valley- there is hiking to two sets of ruins there. We stayed in La Abuela hostel there( a little out of the main square) and it was lovely. Enjoy your trip- it will be amazing.
