Not impressed at all I would advise not to stay here The pool was freezing cold and you only get 1hr use free then you are expected to pay 100 Sol if you want to use again Also the hot tub was half full with no jets Breakfast was the worse I have had during our time in Peru and finally the shower was cold with zero pressure so all in all very disappointing Avoid ☹️
my partner and I were here in Sept 2021 and this was by far in our top 3 places we stayed (perhaps number 1) and really enjoyed our stay(s) - left for Machu Picchu then returned, leaving our stuff at Hotel Paradis - and would most definitely return. The rooms were excellent and in my plebeian life, I’ve not been afforded the opportunity for having a both a jacuzzi and sauna in suite. The staff were amazingly accommodating, helpful (especially when needed to print out travel docs), and quick to address any concerns. Room service was excellent and delicious. We enjoyed our massages so much (especially after a grueling day hiking Rainbow Mountain) and my partner loved both the saunas in room and downstairs. Despite still being a pandemic, they did everything possible to make our stay effortless and everything we saw was quite clean. The neighborhood felt safe and we often walked to market. We needed laundry done during our stay and they exceeded expectations with the turnaround time. This was the longest hotel stay of our trip and as stated previously, likely the most enjoyable. If/when we make it back to Cusco, this will be a priority to stay here. Beds are comfy and not very loud since on a side street. Excellent food.…
+ nice room - not enough hot water for jacuzzi - horrible WiFi - they try to charge you for things you never ordered - you have to ask for everything 10 times to get them like room service or hot water - 0% service In total We had a really bad experience here. In the end we had to discuss a lot and paid more than in our booking confirmation.
We have found this hotel with the filter - sauna and spa. Of course it was a surprise that the price was very low, so we decided to look at this hotel. And I want to say that it is a very nice place with sauna and spa, very friendly staff(we don’t speak spanish, but they do their best to explain everything) and nice breakfast (eggs, bread, fruits, joghurt, cheese, butter, jams, juice, tea/coffee). The rooms are very clean. For me the only one problem was the absence of the view from the window. Anyway, this is a nice place to stay! Thank you :)
Great hotel and quite modern in Cusco. Good location from airport and town. Good WiFi and great friendly staff. Room was quite small but clean and full working AC. Breakfast was quite limited in options but overall a great stay!
Omg, there are loads of saunas, steam rooms and a pool. Just beautiful! The place is away from the center but ubers are mega cheap. The wifi is really good and the staff are super helpful. Emerson has helped us out so much, by getting food for us at stupid hours and helping us with travel! The room was lovely, good heating and the bathroom was huge! They needed to be told to give is fresh towels but there service is great. Their bathrobes are disgusting though! So thin and frail They let us check out late and even gave us water bottles. The breakfast is good with fresh eggs, bread rolls, coffee, tea, fruit and yoghurt. Lovely area for breakfast too.
