Good small boutique hotel but you need to be careful to watch your belongings. We had three t-shirts taken from our room and despite promises of management help, they have not offered any compensation or real explanation. Thankfully we had put our valuables in the safe. Unfortunate as the hotel itself and rooms were nice.

Perfect location for exploring Cusco's historic city centre. Their staff members were amazing. They assisted me with all my concerns and even went beyond expectations. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again given the chance.

First class service with a smile. Friendly check in, excellent English. What a site such wonderful surroundings. So close to main attractions yet quiet enough to sleep even on new years night. Stunning room. Breakfast is quite basic. But it is great coffee, lovely juice and fresh fruit. Perfect for the day ahead. Easy place to find and staff all so helpful with any request. Easy to get to airport rarely in the morning too. Stop searching and start booking.

We booked this on the basis of Tripadvisor reviews and were sadly disappointed. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all, the only interactions we had with staff were when we checked in and when they called us both nights at 930 to ask what time we wanted breakfast. We had told them twice on the second day that we were leaving early and the time we needed a breakfast box and were asleep at the time of their call- not impressed! We also weren’t told we needed to let them know when we needed breakfast! The first day we gave a time and had to wait 20 mins as it wasn’t ready. To give an idea of the lack of interaction, until we left we didn’t know the official entrance existed, instead coming in and out of a local shop or the coffee shop. Room was basic, the only ‘boutique’ touch was the sink. No water or places to refill water bottles. Breakfast was good and location very central otherwise an extremely disappointing stay and I wouldn’t go back or recommend, plenty of other places to stay which feel lire like a hotel rather than an apt.…

Clean, extremely courteous and friendly staff. Our room was large and clean. The hotel is a boutique hotel with a courtyard and not large. The staff we helpful in arranging taxi service as well as luggage storage. They treated us like welcome guests and made us feel valued as clients. The location was exceptional. Walking distance from the Plaza, coffee shops, restaurants and markets. I couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice.

For the price, Casa Biru was amazing. It’s in a very good location - about 5 minutes from the main square. The room wasn’t huge but big enough for us. The two cons: they didn’t provide a place to refill filtered water so we had to go buy water bottles and it did get loud at night.

I absolutely enjoyed this hotel. I reserved a two floor suite which had a balcony over looking the cobblestone street below. The room was vintage and comfy which gave it a homey feel. I loved the wood floors and the 2nd floor leading to my bedroom. The amenities were great and I enjoyed the prompt service I was given if there was anything I needed. The location of this hotel is perfect. I saw some others but this one was perfect as it wasn't congested with others. During the day and night, it was quiet. Breakfast is great, welcome pisco sours a bonus. Definitely coming back!

This a good basic hotel that is located a few minutes to the Plaza de Armas The hotel is clean, with a good breakfast and appears that the rooms were recently remodeled. Rooms have heat and hot water and rooms are cleaned daily. I had a little trouble with the internet when I arrived, but it worked flawlessly oaftwr the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved this charming hotel and only wish I had found it sooner! We were disappointed in the first hotel we booked and ended up switching, so we stayed here only one night before returning home. The located can't be beat -- it's right off the square, so within walking distance to the best restaurants in Cusco. Our room was very charming and had plenty of hot water -- which we learned is not always guaranteed in Cusco. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have loved to stay longer!

This was a very nice hotel at a great price. warm and helpful staff and very clean and tidy rooms! It is also centrally located. Wish we had had more time to enjoy the complimentary coffee/pisco sour.
