Hotel Cusco was very cozy, superbly clean and the personnel (Julia) was absolutely adorable, helping in every way she could. The only compromise that needs to be made is that in order to enjoy the amazing view from the 3rd floor, you need to climb stairs and given Cusco is at 3,400 meters asl, it can be quite a challenge. There are apartments at lower levels which are easier to access, but then you'd miss the view of the Andean starry night. I would be happy to go back!

We stayed here for our first night in Cusco. The staff arranged for our pick up from the hotel and it went very smoothly. Our room was clean and cozy. The view of Cusco was amazing. They provided breakfast in the room and tea. We had to leave early in the morning the next day, so having the breakfast already in the room was very convenient. Bed and the chairs were comfortable.

Great hotel find in Cusco. Love the location - great views of the city, yet walking distance to everything. I had a twisted ankle from a recent hike, and Tim (manager/owner) was super helpful and accommodating. He lugged ALL my luggage up the few steps and made me feel at home. Wish I had more days to spend here - the balcony was the perfect spot to sip coffee and get some work done - the wifi seemed to work well. The room was spotless and the hot water worked! Nothing else to to say, but don’t hesitate to stay here - clean rooms, friendly staff, views and good location.

I stayed for a month at cities of the world. Tim the owner and his family are super attentive and the views from the room were magnificent!! It was very peaceful and I was able to get a lot of work done during my stay. Monkey cafe is a bonus as it’s downstairs, the coffees great and their wings are to die for, 10/10 recommend

We messaged the hotel on the day as a last minute thought and they were so accommodating - booked us in straight away to a room overlooking the city of Cusco. The views were just incredible and the room itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Tim was the most accommodating host, providing us with everything we needed and more. We would happily stay again. It was just beautiful. Thanks again guys, Conal & Laura 🍀
