Big and clean rooms, comfortable matres, hot water, nice breakfast, very nice service. We liked it a lot and it is a good deal for the price. There are towels and everything you'll need. The windows are big and there is a wooden floor which is nice.

We stayed here for a couple of nights before heading off to Machu Picchu. The place is super tranquil and peaceful, which is what we were looking for. The rooms are absolutely massive but nice and warm. The staff were also super friendly. The only thing lacking is a little atmosphere. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice and quiet hotel with great customer service. The rooms are nice, spacious and the beds comfy. There's was a heater in my room which definitely came in handy. I've been in a few hotels where the rooms can get quite cold if there's not heater. Hot water in the shower, just be aware that you need to let the water run for quite a while before it gets hot (at first I thought there was no hot water, but I just needed to wait longer). Simple, yet decent breakfast, different cereals, fruits, breads, juices as well as pancakes. The front door is locked, I guess for safety, so you need to ring the bell every time you want to get in. Sometimes the staff didn't hear the bell which could be a bit frustrating, but it wasn't enough to dampen the overall experience of the stay.

Located a mere 10 - 15mins walk from the Plaza, Fiesta Inn is easy to miss, hidden on a quiet street with a lone signage of the hotel. First glance, wouldn't think much of it. Do not judge a book by its cover. Was greeted by a kind lady, Felicitas (pardon me if i spelt it wrong), and she was an excellent host for the 4 nights we stayed. The hotel is SUPER clean! Hot water with various tea bags (coca tea, impt) were available 24/7. Was there for the first 3 nights, and went on a 4-day trek. The hotel kindly kept our luggage till we returned, where we stayed for our last night in Cusco. Breakfast was sufficient. WiFi is a little unstable, but works. If it doesn't, just let the staff know and they'll likely reset the routers, viola, you have WiFi again. Would recommend this hotel, and would stay here again if ever in Cusco. A* for hospitality.

Amazing value - we had a huge room with great hot shower AND a hair dryer! They had a great selection at breakfast and there was tea / coffee available at any time, which was really nice. The lady who runs the hotel is super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I wouldn’t expect such a nice customer service - I give 5* for the staff - they are nice and really helpful. They are thoughtful and prepare the small snack for you in case you leaving the hotel before the breakfast starts. The receptionist prepared for us sandwiches and gave us some fruits :) I definitely recommend! A big plus is a terrace/patio and they also keep your luggages after check out - also for many days, if you for example go to Aguas Callintes.

The hotel is perfect located. You can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes and in the night you can sleep in a quite hotel which is not in the middle of the city and not on a main road. The rooms are big and clean. You have hot water which is important for cusco. The breakfast is good.

We had this hotel booked for two nights and upon our arrival the lobby was locked, completely dark, and there was no way for us to get in. Didnt help that we arrived in a torrential downpour, but im not sure what kind of legitimate inn would be completely locked up with no way to access and nobody in the lobby.

Mrs. Brendan. We sincerely apologize for not having received it at our hotel, but I let you know that we sent an email that apparently was not received by you mentioning that during the month of January our hotel would be in maintenance because it is low season of tourists in Cusco but since February we work normally during all year. Once again we apologize for making you feel bad and I hope you can excuse us this bad moment that happened. Best Regards Fredy Medina G. Owner Manager

We had a very pleasent stay in Fiesta Inn. We booked a double twin room with two beds. The room was very clean. We got picked up at the airport. Plaza d Armas can be reached in 10 minuts by the taxi they can arrange for you (arround 7 sol). Freddy is kind and took good care of us when i was sick. They arranged a good doctor to come see me. When you ask they will arrange a lunchbox if doing a early tour. Only point of improvement will be that the staff is loud speaking to eachother during the early morning and sometimes running on the stairs. You can use earplugs ;). Thanks a lot for the hospitality and i hope Peru will manage to play the wordcup!

Hotel in overall very good for budget stay. Room was comfy, hot water in the shower, heater in the room. Wifi good. Slightly noisy when your neighbour has a shower or does other things ;). Hotel 5 min far from airport and 15 min far from main square - by taxi. Staff with very basic English, however we were extremely appreciative for their willingness to communicate and support with taxis etc. Well done guys. Unfortunately, we were having breakfast only once (3 nights there). There are not available breakfast box when you leave room early morning. This is main reason why rate is for 4.

Responded Oct 19, 2017
Dear Mr. Wiki thank you very much for your time and the review made which give us energy to continue working with more dedication for the satisfaction of our guests and with the subject of the breakfast I comment that we give the breakfasts to take if the guest leaves before 7 am. for which you must let us know one night before to prepare the box lunch (and now we are implementing in our introductory welcome a reminder to all our guests to let us know if they have a very early tour to prepare the box lunch). We hope to have you one more time in our hotel to meet all your expectations My best regards Fredy Medina G. Owner Manager
