As we roamed the city of Cuzco, we planned our stay at the Atoq Hotel. The view IMMEDIATELY stood out to me. From here, you can see the whole city of Cuzco lying on the side of a mountain, and at night, the whole city lights up brilliantly. As for the service, they make sure to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Coca tea is readily available for anyone in the lobby, and the breakfast is some of the most delicious food I've had in my life (specifically the yogurt). Their heaters work wonderfully, and the showers never run out of hot water. On top of that, the cleaning staff leaves each room spotless. When you first walk into your room, you are greeted with free wifi, small homemade cookies, and extra wool blanket,and a bottle of water for each visitor.
Long story short, Atoq is a very warm welcome after a day of touring the city and I would highly recommend staying the night(s).

Overall a really great stay! We stayed in a Superior King room - super comfortable large bed, rooms very clean, and a cute little welcome note on arrival! Heating comes on in the evening and the rooms are nice and toasty. Breakfast was made fresh by the chefs on arrival in the breakfast room which overlooked a beautiful view of the city. Location is around 10mins from the main plaza, with great restaurants close by inc Green Falafel, L'atelier and Pachapapa.. there is also a laundry service just opposite the hotel. The hotel felt secure and safe and the staff were more than happy to help with any queries. The hot water/teas in the reception were a welcomed addition to our stay! Only thing to bear in mind is that many larger taxis/tour buses are not able to come directly to the hotel due to narrow streets and therefore you may have to desend/ascend a short distance - we had no qualms with this.. The hotel kindly stored our luggage prior to our departure in the afternoon. We used their paid taxi option to and from the airport. Well recommended.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Atoq San Blas. Lenny and Ayde went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were a pleasure to interact with. The location is excellent, in a less touristy neighborhood full of boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Cusco can be a bit cold in the winter, so the rooms can get a little bit chilly during the day, but the beds were warm/comfortable, the showers had plenty of hot water, and the heaters turn on in the evenings and early morning. The breakfast was delicious and very accommodating (quinoa fritters, eggs, coffee, tea, juice, toast, butter/jam, granola, yogurt). Luggage storage was available and we utilized this for the night we trekked to Machu Picchu (in between our two separate reservations at Atoq San Blas). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Atoq San Blas.

We stayed at ATOQ for a total of five nights 3 before, 2 after our trip to Machu Picchu. The hotel, staff, location, and breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were clean with adequate space and shelving for us to pack/un pack and otherwise manage our luggage needs while getting ready to hike the Inca trail. Everything was incredibly clean. Cookies and gratis water bottles inroom at check in. The hotel provides soap, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in the shower. The San blas neighborhood is convenient to old town while still retaining its own charm with lots of delicious restaurants, a beautiful plaza and lots of artists shops to explore. Breakfast was fantastic, consisting of fruit,cereal, yogurts, bread, eggs or quinoa, coffee/tea and juice. Staff was helpful with directions, helping us to call in food orders, and just general great customer service. Highly recommend!

The desk and breakfast staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was great. The bed was large (king) and comfortable, and they offer pillows of different types to ensure you have one you prefer. The bathroom was nice with a good shower and soaps. The room was quiet and the view of Cusco was nice. Everything was clean, and they had COVID precautions in place. The breakfast was incredible with different options to choose for food and beverages, and everything was very good with great service from the breakfast staff. The location of the hotel is a little difficult to find at first because it is tucked away at the intersection of a small road and a pedestrian walkway, but the location is a short walk to taxis in the street or a medium walk to a major plaza and market. There are restaurants and tour/adventure businesses nearby. This is not a five star hotel, but don’t let the price fool you. The service, amenities, room and breakfast were much more than we expected for the price. We will absolutely stay here again when visit Cusco in the future.

This hotel was clean, beautiful, quiet and in a great location. It is perched on a hill in the San Blas neighborhood, so it provides beautiful views of the city. Hospitality was impeccable and I was very impressed by the staff's willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring we were comfortable. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, and even offered to pack us breakfast at 3:30am before leaving for our day trip to Machu Picchu. I was a bit concerned about the fact that I would have to walk uphill to the hotel in addition to being very sensitive to the altitude, but it wasn't a major issue and would absolutely love to stay here again. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Atoq San Blas is a great place to stay in Cusco. They have all the hotel basics like toiletries and a blow dryer. What sets them apart is the excellent hospitality from the front desk to the dining area. Coca tea is available for everyone in the lobby, and an oxygen tank can be requested and used for 5 minutes at the front desk! The oxygen tank was definitely needed on our first night in Cusco. Breakfast is included at the dining room and the food was plentiful and delicious.

Excellent service. Prices in area range from hostels at less than $20/night to ive heard $500/night for fancy hotels. This place is very reasonably priced and excellent location and very clean and comfortable. Also great views. Multiple great restaurants 1-3min walk distance. Felt very safe walking at night and early am (4am to go on trip) to plaza de armas (less thqn 10min). Plenty breakfast every day and if you went on a day trip they gave you a snack lunch. They will store your luggage for free if you then go on inka trail (highly recommend going). Customer service was excellent - we had dirty clothes we washed and needed to dry last minute and thry accomodated us and helped. Highly recommend!!!

Staying at Atoq hotel was one of the best experiences we had when visiting Cusco. Great hospitality, a beautiful view of the city, and the covid protocols made us feel very safe. The staff helped us plan our trip to Moray and Maras within minutes. The restaurants recommended were outstanding and the gift shop in the hotel had the prettiest handmade souvenirs, and jewelry. An unbelievable experience, we will definitely come back.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and every one of the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. We were able to leave our bags in a secure room while we hiked Machu Picchu and the staff arranged rides to/from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.
