Nothing but great things to say about this hotel! It was a last-minute booking, like very last minute… it was actually made from the airport when we landed -- but that was no problem for the staff. Our shuttle driver immediately found us at the airport and gave us a ride with their free service. The shuttle is about 8 minutes away from the hotel, and leaves every half hour. We booked the Executive Suite for our room which was HUGE! There was a separate living area, two different televisions, and two bathrooms! Everything was spotless and incredibly clean. The room came with two free bottles of water, as well as wipes and even free facemasks. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout our stay at the hotel. Breakfast had plenty of options from cold cereal, ceviche, etc. to hot items like made-to-order eggs, waffles, and potatoes. Lunch and dinner was also was very tasty, with a variety of different items to choose from, and presented quite nicely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were able to get a late check-out the day of our flight, with no extra fees added. Without a doubt next time we are in Quito, we will be staying at the Eb Hotel!…

We returned to Eb in Tababella the day before our flight home. To our shock, the required airline covid tests were positive. This is where Richard and Rafael at Eb were able to help us beyond words. 1- They assisted with cancellations and re -ticketing. 2- made several calls to our quarantined room each day. 3- made sure our room service was punctual and adequate. Their concern for us was very calming during a very stressful time. Eventually, when we were medically approved to fly home, Rafael personally assisted us with check-in at the airport in Quito. Their help was so important and helpful at such a stressful time. My memories of this hotel are positive beyond words.

This hotel was within 10 minutes of the airport and was a true find. The room was large and modern with all amenities. The dining room was modest but the food was delicious and presented in an elegant manner. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of my chocolate mousse, it was incredible to look at and eat! Our server, Javier Moreno, couldn't have been nicer.

It is a "top notch" facility. The staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. We will look forward to staying here on our trips between USA and Ecuador. Dinner food and service was excellent.
