This is my 2nd time to stay at this wonderful serviced apartment. The room was spacious, clean and super comfortable. The staff is beyond exceptional. I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. I really appreciate the help and level of service I received with every request and interaction. The receptionist was extremely attentive to every detail, very professional and warm. To me, Wilby serviced apartment is home away from home.

Pros: The studio is large (suitable for a couple). Housekeeping service is very good. Breakfast is good, but it may be repetitive after a while. Employees are always friendly and willing to help. Con: It takes to long for they to return security deposit. TV is small and it is not smart.

Great place to stay. I stayed in a room in a high floor, with a great view. The room has all you need for a preparing a meal. You have a work desk to work with a view. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. And the location is great: calm and yet very close to everything.

It was nice staying at Wilby Central Service Apartment. All Frontline support staff are very good and helpful , polite, always attending our queries. Only one thing like to add is they should check option of having some food in evening.

SILENCE EXCELLENT FREE COFFEE COMFORT BED. A LITTLE NOISY REFRIGERATOR WIDE SPACE GOOD POSITION FOR TAKE BUS. Because we were afraid that the air in the room was too bad, we didn't dare to cook in the kitchen and only used the microwave oven.

Good and pleasant stay at Wilby, staff are attentive and helpful, and housekeeping is regularly done. The facilities like the gym are also very clean. One drawback is that the breakfast ends really early, it would be great if the breakfast could end slightly later. Free coffee though.

We received excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and nicely laid out to make our stay comfortable. The bed and pillows were also better than expected. Our stay was one month, and we did not feel we were missing anything to enjoy our stay in Singapore. I would highly recommended Wilby Residences Cenral to anyone.

I stay here for 4 months for my business. Super clean and well organized. Staff are amiable and nice. Big enough kitchen for 1-2 persons for long stay. The bathroom has the bathtub and shower toilet. ... That's why there are a lot of Japanese guests? Overall, Wilby is very nice.
