We stayed in one of the Orchid Club Collection rooms - as we do each time we go to Singapore and as usual the quality of the room, facilities, services and staff could not be better. A very special vote of thanks to Donna, Jetrix, Jenisah, Ana,Dong, Raja, Brent, Aung, Sylivia and the 'naughty boy' all of whom made our stay comfortable and most enjoyable. This is not a cheap hotel but it is value for money, and in our opinion the only place to stay when visiting Singapore.

Truly truly cannot explain how amazing this place is. For the record they do not provide bottle water but that is for good reasoning. As this hotel is very eco friendly and has a water filter. The room I stayed in was the urban deluxe king room and fit me well. The hotel's location is in the heart of everything and you can walk around to a lot of places if you choose to. Besides a nice view from my room, the most spectacular is from the pool. I'm sure people have seen it online but nothing matches in person. The staff there was great, (shout out Jun and John) they're very helpful and honest when it comes to recommendations for activities and things to check out. Also, the gym is just as great with provided alkaline water. Overall comfortable bed, although you're surrounded by plants ( that are tended to around the clock) no insects around and everything is clean and modern. When I do come back I plan to stay here again. …

The word awesome does not do justice to the staff and what the Parkroyal on Pickering delivers. From the moment we walked in until our departure we were treated like long standing VIPs. Nothing was too much trouble and in fact the staff went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant and efficient.

The staff here are amazing! So friendly and thoughtful. The facilities are great - the whole place was beautiful! I was on a business trip during my birthday, and I got back to my room after work to a lovely birthday cake. So thoughtful.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Raja helped us with our bags when we got there and showed us around our room and the amenities. He was so kind and knowledgeable it was a great intro to Singapore! Upon our departure Brent helped us during check out and gave us some great tips on local travel and navigating the airports with our luggage. Everyone was so lovely! Will be back again!

I can't fault this hotel, everything was perfect. The room was well designed and with details that matter like a decent hair dryer with a cord that actually reaches a view of the mirror. Actually this is rare. Anything we asked for they provided. The pool and gym were outstanding. Brent on concerrige was particularly helpful.

Amazing stay at Park Royal on Pickering. The Signature Exécutive Room was perfect, good size and great views. 5th floor (but the first floor is already very high). The lobby was very pleasant. The pool was one of the best I’ve ever seen in a « in town » hotel: beautiful + stunning view. Last but not least, it’s possible to swim - I mean the pool is quite big and it’s very much appreciable. In addition, everybody was really nice and helpful. Special thanks to 1/ the concierge (we stayed May 17-May 21), 2/ the doorman who helped us finding taxis. Both were very smily and particularly efficient. They were on duty on May 21st around 7:30 when we left. Thank you again.

The Parkroyal on Pickering is worth a visit for just its novel and creative architecture. Also the wide use of greenery to create a unique ambience. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The swimming pool is large and very pleasant. The breakfast buffet is varied and the staff overall are very helpful. We enjoyed our stay would return at any time for another visit.
